THE SECOND GENERATION OF GODS
The second generation of gods consists of Athena, Ares, Hermes, Dionysus, Apollo, Artemis, Hephaestus, and Aphrodite. All being fathered by Zeus with the exception of Aphrodite, who came from sea foam after Uranus' genitals were thrown into the sea. This generation is considered to be the generation of goddess.
