"Metroplex heeds the call of the last prime."

Optimus stared in astonishment of the huge Titan in front of him, his optics sweeping over to the smallest details of the legendary myth. Damn his curiosity. He nod once at metroplex, as perceptor commed in with an alarmed voice.

:: Optimus... What just happened?::

He looked up once again to the Titan, and spoke, "easy, Perceptor. He's one of us." He reassured, seeing the autobot symbol proudly displayed on his side, and the fiery red of glow shine on his optics.

Metroplex stared down at the last prime, his emotions overflowing with strong determination to help the last one to succeed or at the least, do something big for them. "Awaiting your orders." He declared, seeing the familiar look of leadership passed on his faceplates.

Optimus stared at metroplex's optics, "Metroplex, you must destroy the decepticon warp cannon at the outskirts of the city!"

He nodded once, and gently let down the prime to the ground as he watched the prime transformed and drove away, urging him to follow which he did. Smashing, stomping the familiar decepticon tanks on his way, as well as helping a few in need by launching his missiles on his shoulder plates.

"Be careful, metroplex." A motherly voice spoke to his side, as he glanced at her from his peripheral vision. A gold and white aerial mode flew beside him, her voice soft and mellow.

Metroplex let out a soft solemn nod, "I will, guardian." He said, his voice lowered than the one he used with Optimus, a soft look on his faceplate even if the femme couldn't see it.

"I just hope you will."

---

As metroplex destroyed the first warp cannon, guardian was on his side at all times. She protected him by deflecting any huge missiles aimed at him by the tanks, having not yet transformed to her robot mode, as she just swiftly and smoothly dodged some of the hits.

After a few minutes, she transformed and hummed, her optics lightly narrowed at the challenge she easily faced, her guns in front of her and tactically taking out decepticons minions and saving other autobots to the leapers. Oh, how she dearly hated them. She took a glance at the giant heading towards the second and last warp cannon. She looked at the warp cannon and saw as it brightened in color, a purple projectile ready to fire at metroplex.

She took out a grenade from her inventory, throwing it below her as she watched a red autobot lead the group, Ironhide and Chromia to his side. The two didn't bothered to look where the source of help came from, and just surged in to the battlefield with countless determined autobots behind them. She softly shook her helm. Oh, how she hated the war.

Her optics widened a fraction, hearing the humming sound become gradually louder, with metroplex still continuing forward. She loudly growled, blast her turbos and dove in, right in front of metroplex, her arms crossed at her chassis and her optics dead set on building a shield in front of them.

Just as the warp cannon fired, the shield was quickly finished, not a full one but one that could still protect and may get out with small injuries. The blast came in hot and hard, feeling the heat surround her as it quickly disappeared, leaving them to be dizzy and confused on their surroundings for a minute. Metroplex's optics going dim for a second, as his systems tried to regain their normalcy.

Metroplex softly caught the femme with his servos, the femme steadying herself on his digits as she sat and clenched her helm. A worried and apologetic look immediately came to him, as the femme readily took the huge hit for him. Enough to make her in a state like this. "Are you fine?" He tenderly asked, his optics brightening at the sudden burst of emotions inside of him.

Guardian looked up to him, a small unworried smile at her faceplate, "needless worry, metroplex. I am fine. Always." She assured, lightly patting one of his digits and turning to look around her. "Now, we need to see if the prime is alright. I will now reveal myself." She added, getting an understanding nod from the giant, as she stood straighter and looked at the base of the decepticons.

"Let's make a noise."

Optimus hopelessly looked down the ground, a sad feeling on his spark as he watched the innocent soldiers got killed right in front of him. A mixture of feelings coursing through him, one of anger and one of lost. He was frustrated, and he needed to let it out, even if just by saying it.

He looked up when he saw the familiar glow of red light his darkened, hopeless optics. Seeing metroplex online, and staring at him, waiting for the perfect time to come.

"Megatron, look out!"

The time for that quickly came, as Megatron finally noticed it and started firing his chaos cannon, yelling for his decepticons to stay and fight, not the cowards like starscream is.

Metroplex ripped the roof off from it's place, the blast from Megatron's cannon not hurting him since he's already surrounded by her shield. He brought down his clenched fist to the ground where it made a collision with Megatron, that was squished under it. A stunned and dead silence enveloping the room as they watched the fallen decepticon leader. A former leader of theirs.

The giant raised his fist once more, and strongly brought it down three more times, which left the gladiator obviously for dead. The decepticons watched with stunned silence and Optimus with a blank expressions from his faceplates.

"Leave. Now."

Starscream glared at the prime, turning to face his decepticons and proudly announced, "decepticons, Megatron has perished betrayed by his foolish pride! I, starscream, is your leader now." Another scornful look thrown at Optimus before he added, "Decepticons, return to base!"

He watched the decepticons transformed and flew away. He briefly stared at the corpse of Megatron, and he froze when he belt another strong presence beside him. Optimus turned to look who was that, and saw a femme with gold and white scheme for her colors.

"Greetings, Optimus prime. You will be taken under my and metroplex's care now."
