Walking into the house that smelled like lavender, you glance at the living room to see everyone gathered together.

"Guess who's back..?" Shadow said.

Amy sat up and turned towards the both of you with tear stained eyes.

"(Y/N)! Your back!" Amy jumped from the couch and ran over to you and basically glommped you.

(A/N: Glomped: a person practically jumping on you and putting all there weight on you.)

As Amy held you in that position you ended up falling on the floor due to her basically putting all of her weight on you.

"Why did you leave?! I told you not to leave! You had me worried! I thought you were dead!" Amy said while she continued to cry while hugging you.

You looked at Amy with a look of sadness..

"Sorry Amy, I got bored while you all left so I thought I'd go explore while you all were gone.." You averted your eyes in shame as Amy and everyone else looked at you.

Your (A/T) ears were now flat and against your head, basically saying sorry for causing so much trouble.

"As long as your okay and back here okay then I forgive you.. Besides.. I can't stay mad at you! " Amy giggled and pulled you into another hug.

Sonic and Silver chuckled at the sudden change in mood that came out of the pink hedgehog.

"Well that mood change was rather quick.." Silver joked while still chuckling a bit.

「♡Time Skip♡」

Inhaling sharply your eyes stared at the large bright moon in the sky as small clouds would float across the sky and cover the moon once in a while.

"Nice out here tonight huh?" Shadow said.

Quickly turning around to meet the eyes of a dark hedgehog that was now your 'lover'.

"Oh Shadow you startled me, I couldn't sleep so I came down here to watch the moon and the waves for a bit.. " You said to the hedgehog as your head turned back towards the moon.

Shadow walked onto the sandy beach and stood next to you while also watching the moon.

"You know.... " Shadow started, "I've never in my life met a mortal that would be so naive yet so talented and graceful... And it's been a bit odd to me since your like a book.... "

You turned your head towards Shadow who was still watching the clouds and moon.

"A book...?" You asked.

"Yes.. You may seem naive or scared but... You will always have that last part of you I will never understand.. I compared you to a book because I was so quick to judge you but soon found out how graceful and intelligent you are... " Shadow finished.

(Y/N) was left a blushing mess after what Shadow had said. It was so hard to believe, a once stubborn hedgehog that hated you was giving her compliments.

(Y/N) was quiet with head down and her face as bright as a cherry.

Shadow turned his head towards her direction, feeling slightly worried he said something out of line.

"Sorry did I say something to upset you..? " His voice smooth as silk ran through your ears, making you snap out of your trance.

Quickly shaking your head and turning towards the dark hedgehog you spoke.
