Hi guys, and I know it's been a while since I last updated. I'd actually finished watching this drama really long ago but I haven't had the opportunity to give you a review on it till now, and I apologise for that. And as a token of my apology, I'm giving you two reviews in a row, you'll see as you finish this chapter and find another one waiting for you.
Let's get on with the review, shall we?

The Best Hit, or Hit The Top, didn't get much hype before it released, simply because most of the actors we'd see in this show are new faces. Therefore, the audience has every right to be skeptical. Another reason why I too, was a bit confused earlier was because the summary put up for this show by many popular websites was completely different from what the plot of the show actually was.

Here's how the story REALLY goes.

The protagonist Yoo Hyun Jae (played by Yoon Shi Yoon) is a famous Kpop idol in the 90s. One day, he finds himself awake in the future a.k.a 2017. Don't worry, this is the only sci-fi part of this show. He's still his young self and it's funny to see him awkwardly adapt to the current times. It's especially funny to see him get annoyed when no one really recognises him. He was famous in the 90s but today people think of him as a weirdo in his old fashioned clothes and old fashioned way of talking.

The story basically is about him finding his son (he doesn't know it's his son for a very long time), falling in love, making new friends, and maturing as a human being

But, this drama is unbelievingly hilarious to the point of making me burst out in laughter

But, this drama is unbelievingly hilarious to the point of making me burst out in laughter. The script is amazing, the actors are stunning.
For example, the female protagonist has got some problem with her tear ducts and occasionally she sheds a tear and she doesn't even know about it, but people around her think she's overly emotional.
