Stirring in your sleep you finally were able to open your (E/C) eyes. Yawning and rubbing your eyes to clear your vision up slightly you began to have a mini panic attack because you were in a house that wasn't yours.

'Okay calm down (Y/N), think what's the last thing that happened...? Oh right I was attacked by that Mephiles character and Sonic and Shadow came to help me... But I can remember anything past that?!' Mentally screaming at yourself you kept trying to recall the actions from the night before.

"Okay but whose house is this...?" You whispered not wanting the other person in the house to know she was awake.

But by that time it was to late..

"Well look who's up? You were out for 8 hours... " A voice rang in your ears, a voice that was to memorable to forget.

Slowly turning your gaze to the dark hedgehog, you were met with a pair of crimson eyes staring right at you.

"S-Shadow?" You stuttered out.

All he could do was glare at you and sigh in annoyance.

"Believe me I don't like this at all... But that idiotic blue rat wanted me to take you in because he thought if you were alone Mephiles would attack you again.. " Shadow said as he kept giving you that same emotionless glare.

Turning your head in anger and confusion you gave an irritated sigh.

"Or you know I could let him kill you.. One less pain in my ass to deal with... " Shadow angrily said.

You stood up and huffed quietly.

"Okay what the hell did I ever do to you? Why the hell do you hate me so much?" You asked giving him a sigh and your ears drooping slightly.

Shadow didn't even give you a simple response, as he did was walk away from you.

"Stubborn dipass... " You said under your breath as you sat down on the couch.

Shadow came back and stood directly above you.

"Okay I have a couple of things to say... One call me that again and I'll kill you... And second I have an offer or a deal for you.." Shadow said with his arms crossed and smirking.

This made you nervous, especially with him, Shadow was a hedgehog that mysterious and you never knew what you were gonna get with him, he was a total...

Wild card.

"Uhm... Okay?" You said a bit nervous.

"I will let you stay here on one condition... " He said.

"And what condition?" You asked slight fear in your tone.

Shadow stood proud and continued to smirk.

"You be my house maid.. " Shadow said.

This made you feel so many emotions, anger, embarrassment, confusion, sadness. It made no sense to you, why would a hedgehog like him want a house maid.. Or maybe he's just a perverted hedgehog that was a house maid in one of those French maid uniforms.

'Gross.. ' You mentally said to yourself.

Knocking your thoughts out of the way, the dark hedgehog wanted an answer from you.

"So what will it be..? Stay here and be my house maid? Or go out and let Mephiles kill you..? " Shadow asked, now with the same emotionless glare.

'Dammit!! I have no choice he's cornered me here!!' You mentally screamed at yourself.

Sighing in defeat you gave up knowing you wouldn't even stand a chance against that Mephiles guy.

"Alright fine... I-I'll be your house maid... " You said turning your head in embarrassment.

"Good choice..." Shadow said knowing you'd have to agree with his offer.

"Oh and one more thing... When Sonic comes around you are not to tell him you are my maid.. Got it!" Shadow yelled.

All you could do was nod your head in response.

"Alright good... Since you are going to be my house maid I'm giving you your own room for purposes only you can think of." Shadow said as he walked and motioned for you to follow him.

Looking around you noticed how big Shadow's house was and how easy it would be for you to get lost in here.

As Shadow lead you through twists and turns in his house he finally got to a room that was supposedly yours.

"You start tomorrow and your uniform is on your bed.. " Shadow said as he left you to do your own thing.

Walking over to your bed you looked at the uniform and thought about two things.

'One, why did he have this ready?! And two, I knew he would want me to wear something like this... ' you said mentally.
