"Really?"
Lance was in shock. Keith liked him back? Was he actually serious?? Or did he hear him correctly???

Keith cheeks flushed.
"Yeah really. I've liked you for awhile now,"
Lance smiled. He felt so good that he walked over, stuck Keith's arm over his and helped Keith let got of the shelf.
"Well," Lance coughed nervously, "let's get some food."
Keith sighed, then nodded.
"Food, yeah, food sounds good. Good food."
Quiznack, I'm blathering. Social skills are sooo not my strong point Keith thought. Luckily for him Lance just smiled. Hey, maybe I'm not too bad.

But then he grimaced from a pain in his stomach.
"You ok?" The blue paladin asked.
"Yeah, it's probably just hunger."
But he knew it was that and something else. Yes, he was hungry, but he felt like something else was moving around his body. A sickness. Though Keith being Keith didn't say anything and decided he'd be fine once he ate something.

The pair made their way out into the corridor, Lance constantly checking to make sure no one else from the team was up. But Keith was finding it harder and harder to put one foot in front of the other and by the time they got to the kitchen, Keith was practically putting all his weight on Lance. This was causing the Cuban boy some irritation.
"Dude, seriously, we're almost there. Just a couple more steps."

Lance stuck his head round the corner to the kitchen. No one else was there. With the coast clear he brought Keith in and sat him down on a chair.
"I'm just gonna see if I can find us any space goo, ok? I'll be back in a sec."
The red paladin slowly nodded. He felt terrible. He had broken out into a cold sweat and his stomach was really painful now. It was making the bad thoughts come back. Lance had kept them away. But now Lance wasn't here. Keith put his head in his hands. Stop it. Calm down. Lance will be back in a second. He said he would. Keep it together Keith.

Lance came back into the kitchen with two bowls of space goo then froze. Keith looked up at him and turned to see what he was looking at. Standing in the other doorway of the kitchen was Pidge.

Crap.
