[25] Why Aren't They Looking For Us?

Poppy and Branch were still kissing without realizing Peppy was standing right there, watching them. Peppy finally spoke up.

"Um, ahem," he said.

They both quickly pulled away in shock.

They knew Peppy was in the cage with them. But they just wanted some alone time to maybe.....

.......kiss without being interrupted!!

Or being stared at!!

"I know you guys are busy making out, but could somebody please stop and take the time to think of how we're going to get out of this cage?!"

"Oh, right." Poppy giggled, nervously. "Sorry."

"Well, I mean....." Branch started.

(*2 Hard Thinking Hours Later*)

"We're never getting out of here," Branch said.

"C'mon, Branch, don't think of it like that! I'm sure we'll find a way!"

"Yeah, Poppy? And how? Are you gonna spawn a unicorn that we can all ride to fairytale land and live happily forever after? I don't think so." Branch was frustrated.

Poppy looked down.

Peppy walked up to Branch. "Branch....."

"What? Sometimes I just.....I'm frustrated, okay? Like, what about the other trolls? Don't you think they care that we're missing?!"

"Yes......."

"Then why haven't they come yet?!?!" Branch shoved himself onto the group and grew if anger, fear and sadness.

And before he knew it.....

......he was gray.....
