"CC can I borrow your laptop? Mines still getting fixed in the shop."

CC plops down on the sofa next to you holding his laptop; you take it off him and switch it on.

"I'm going to make a quick snack, would you like one y/n?"

You nod and lean over to kiss him before he gets up to make food. It was safe to say you loved food, but that wasn't a big problem. However to some fans of Black Veil Brides your love of food was a problem. You thought you had a thick skin just like your big body, but over the months your thick skin had started to crack which led you to stress eat.

Andy and Juliet's wedding was a month ago and you were one of the bridesmaids. It was a beautiful day until the pictures got posted online on social media, and teenage girls came out in force to bully and mock your weight.

Using CC's laptop you log onto your Instagram and click on your last picture which was you, the other bridesmaids and Juliet. Cc told you to ignore the comments but sometimes it was hard. You thought you looked nice in the dress which was quite slimming on your body type, but the internet had other opinions.

'Look at the fat bridesmaid, god she's disgusting!'

'Juliet only asked y/n to be a bridesmaid because she felt bad for her fat friend'

'She looks like she could eat the other girls! #GoOnADietYouFatBitch'

That last comment struck a nerve. You'd gotten mean and hateful comments in the past but never like this.

"Babe what's wrong? Why are you crying?"

You didn't even notice you'd started to cry until CC returned sounding concerned as he sat down next to you. Wiping the tears away with the back of your hand you hand him the laptop and bite your lip nervously as he scans the screen.

"y/n, I told you to ignore the haters. They don't know what they're talking about."

You snort, "CC I know I'm not stick thin and slightly on the plus side. Maybe you need someone skinnier because I don't want the fans to start to hate you because of who you're dating."

CC shakes his head and puts the laptop to one side.

"Screw what the fans think y/n, I fell in love with your carefree personality and I love your curves. Who wants to date a stick figure? You're beautiful in my eyes and that's the only opinion that should matter to you."

CC had always been quite vocal when it came to defending you. You believed it when CC called you beautiful because he'd never once lied to you. He was right, it was only his opinion you needed to care about, and when you eventually got that into your head then both your lives would be perfect together.
