"You don't look so good, baby! Are you sure you're alright? Do you want me to run and get you some tea or a snack? What about another blanket?" Cedric asked as he examined your face. You sighed heavily.
"Cedric! Please! I'm fine! Would you stop worrying so much! Just relax! You're exhausted! I can tell! Please! Come lay down! We should get some sleep! Baby, lets just go to bed! Tomorrow we're going to have that nice date you planned! Please! Come here!" You replied as you shifted, making room for him, next to you.
He sighed exasperated but nodded as pulled his yellow t-shirt over his head. He tossed it to the side and climbed into bed next to you. You wrapped your arms around his bare torso and kissed him gently, making him sigh with relief.
"Goodnight Princess! I love you so much! Sleep well! Please wake me if you need anything! Anything at all! I'll be happy to run and get it for you!"
"I will! But please don't stay up all night and worry about me! I want you to get some sleep so you're not exhausted tomorrow!" He nodded as he buried his face into the crook of your neck. You sighed, leaning into him as he made himself more comfortable. Not a even a minute later he had passed out from utter exhaustion.

                                -Time Skip-

"Cedric! Over here! My mother just sent me a letter! Come see! You'll be so excited! She has great news! Oh My God! I'm so happy!" A high pitched the voice squealed as Cedric shoved you behind a pillar. You frowned but reluctantly let him go.
"Oh! Hey Cho! Shouldn't you be at Hogsmeade with everyone else?" Cedric asked as he greeted her with a fake sense of happiness. You scowled as soon as you realized who it was. What did she want from your boyfriend now?
"Yeah, I changed my mind about going! I thought I'd spend time with you!" Cho said sweetly as she smiled flirtatiously. You balled your hands into fists. Why was it that someone was always trying to tear your relationship apart.
"Um...that's so thoughtful of you...I really wish I could...but...I told my friend we could hang out today...just the two of us...I'm really sorry...maybe another time?" Cedric replied cautiously, as he sent a nervous glance in your direction.
"Oh! That's fine! But would you mind reading the letter first? It's really great news and I think you'll be really excited!" Cho added brightly. You scoffed as you heard the sound of parchment being crumpled and bent. You held your breath, trying to suppress your curiosity. And your jealousy.
"That's great, Cho! I'm looking forward to it! I've got to go but I'll see you later!" Cedric said as he handed her the letter back. She nodded and rushed off in the other direction. As soon as she was gone, you emerged from your hiding place, a deep scowl present on your face. He bit his lip nervously.
Cedric smiled at you, weakly. He grabbed your hand and pulled you to him, pressing your foreheads together. He sighed as he looked into your eyes. You pushed away and began walking towards up the stairs. He ran to catch up, reaching for your hand again. This time you didn't pull away.
"Come on, baby! Don't be mad! Why are you so upset about this? I didn't say I'd go with her! We're going on our date!" Cedric said cheerfully as he nudged you gently.
"Let's not talk about it in the middle of the hallway, Ced. Someone could overhear and we don't need that!" You replied shortly. He sighed but nodded as he draped his arm over your shoulders, pulling you closer to him. You sighed as you leaned into him.
You walked in silence until he pulled you into an empty classroom, shutting the door behind you. A pile of blankets was lying on the floor in front of a raging fire. You smiled as kissed his cheek softly as he pulled you down next to him. He blushed bright red as he beamed at you, proudly.
"Now, tell me what's wrong! Was it Cho? You were fine when we woke up this morning!" Cedric began anxiously. You sighed and averted your eyes.
"It just feels like something or someone is always trying tear our relationship apart! First it was Cindy! Then it was the fact that we were spending too much time together! Then it Hannah! Then it was Terence! Then I was kidnapped! Then Potter! And now Cho! Not to mention that we have to hide our relationship!" You shook your head as a tear slipped down your cheek. You were acting ridiculous.
Cedric wiped away your tears as he caressed your cheek gently. You pulled him to you in a tight embrace. He stroked your hair as he hushed you. He inhaled sharply. "Maybe we should break up."
You pulled back and began to sob even harder. You stood up and started for the door. He wanted to break up! He jumped to his feet and encased you in his strong arms. You turned to face him, utterly heartbroken. "How could you? What happened to forever and always? Are you leaving me for her? Is that why you want to break up?"
"Absolutely not! Don't be stupid (Y/N)! I don't want to break up but if you feel like we're being torn apart maybe we should! Just tell me what you want to do!"
"What the hell is wrong with you?! Why should we break up?! I don't want to break up but if you do-"
His lips collided with yours, cutting you off. He placed his hand on the back of your head, pushing your mouth into his, holding you there. Your hands slipped beneath his shirt, running over all of his muscles, as he wrapped his other arm around your waist.
You pushed him back, inhaling gulps of air as he smiled at you. You shook your head and leaned against the wall, trying to catch your breath. "We're both acting stupid, you know that? Look at us! Fighting over nothing and then making out! Although I quite liked the making out part! We should do that more often!" He smirked.
"I don't want to fight, Ced! And I sure as hell don't want to break up! I just want to have a relationship where we don't run into all of these problems! That and I kind of wish Cho would just disappear!" You sighed as Cedric planted a kiss on your cheek.
"I know, my love! I wish we didn't have to hide our love for each other either! I just want us to be happy! But I am happy! As long as I have you, I'm happy! Forget about Cho! She's nothing to me and you're everything! She's no threat to us whatsoever! And she never will be!"
"What did the letter say? Why did she think you'd be so excited about it?" You blurted out before you could stop yourself. Cedric averted his eyes as he bit his lip.
"I...Um...My...My father invited them to...Well...He invited them to stay with us over the Summer Holiday. She was excited because we were going to spend the whole Summer together. And Cindy wasn't going to be there so it would just be us..."
Your mouth fell open in shock and rage. Why the hell did the Chang family have to keep interfering with your relationship! You were so tired of it! You wished they would just disappear and stop trying to set their daughters up with your boyfriend!
"Oh My God! What the hell?! Why can't they just leave you alone?! Why do they have to keep trying to set you up with another girl?! Does your father not like me or something?! Is that why he insists on trying to get you to date a Chang?! God! I hate this! Why? Why Cedric?!"
"It wasn't my fault, baby! I had no idea this was going to happen! I'm so sorry! I'll talk to him! I promise I will! But please, my love, don't worry about it! I don't want to date anyone else but you! Let's just forget about the Chang's and focus on us!"
