78. You Meet His Parents

Louis: “How do I look?” you ask Louis for the eighth time in ten minutes. He sighs and repeats for the eighth time in ten minutes, “You look stunning. Stop worrying, they’re gonna love you.” That helped clear your nerves a bit but you were still quite nervous. Louis must’ve been able to tell because he came closer to you, swiped a strand of your hair behind your ear, and said lightly “There is nobody on this planet that is able to not like you. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.” Right after he finished talking, there came a ring of the doorbell. You let out a nervous sigh and took Louis’ hand to walk to the door and greet his parents. Needless to say, things went off perfectly like Louis had said they would.

Zayn: “And once, he took a jar of peanut butter and dumped it out on his head! Took me an hour and a half to get it all out.” Zayn’s mum Tricia laughed, telling you about Zayn’s childhood. Zayn was blushing cherry red. “Mum! That’s so embarrassing!” he groans. That only made Tricia and you laugh harder. “Well if you think that was embarrassing, I’ve got six books chock full of your baby pictures, including the picture with the peanut butter hair!” Tricia says happily. Zayn puts his head down on the table and groans as the two of you flip through picture books of every embarrassing thing Zayn had basically ever done.

Liam: “Mm! That chicken was fantastic Mum!” Liam says with a smile and you nod in agreement. You had gone to Karen’s house to meet her and she had made a roast chicken! Karen smiled and said “Thank you dear, nothing but the best for this Y/N you’ve been telling me all about! Y/N, you should hear how much he talks about your eyes, it’s ridiculous!” You turn to Liam with a grin. “Is that true Li?” He nods and blushes. You thought it was so cute that he told his mum so much about you!

Harry: “Harry, why are we at the pizza place?” you ask him confusedly. He gives a mischievous grin and looks at the corner. You follow his gaze to a table where his mother and sister were sitting. You immediately started panicking. “I knew you would freak out like this if I told you so I made it a surprise. Surprise!” he says to you. You glare at him. “Harry, they aren’t going to like me. They’re going to think I’m annoying and-” He cuts you off with a kiss. You hear a voice say “Oh Harry’s here Gemma!” and the two of you break apart and make your way to the table. As you take your seats, Gemma and Anne both smile at you. “So great to meet you Y/N!” Anne gushes. It turns out that they end up loving you as much as Harry does.

Niall: Niall’s father had come over to watch some derby with Niall and you were also watching the game. When one of the players scored a point (BTW I HAVE NO IDEA IN HELL HOW DERBY WORKS) you were cheering even louder then Niall and Bobby were. Bonny looks surprised and turns to you. “So you like derby?” he asks, looking impressed. You nod and start to blush a bit. Bobby looks at Niall and says “I like her.” Niall laughs and puts his arm around you. “I do too.”
