Hey guys! So, I'm starting to be trained for work, so...I'm working 6 hours tomorrow. I may throw in a quick update before work, or I may do it after. Then, the following day, I'm working from the evening into the night. But I'll be at the barn from morning until the afternoon. So...you may not get an update Friday. However, I have my whole weekend off! So, many updates.

Alright! On with the story!

Seth slammed the front door closed as he stormed into the packhouse, packmembers jumped from the sudden loud noise. No one asked him questions, they only watched him disappear into his office. A minute or two after, Lilianna sprinted down the stairs and into his office. Leaving everyone extremely confused and worried.

"Seth, what's wrong?" Lilianna questioned, closing the office door.

He sighed, "Read the nice letter your father sent."

She frowned before taking the letter he slammed onto the desk, she took a shaky breath before reading it.

"Dear whoever reads this,

I've decided to join the hunters, considering my mate is the leader's daughter. No, I'm not doing this to be a secret spy and destroy them and save the pack, I don't care about the pack. She's now carrying my future child and we're engaged. After all, she is my mate. I told them everything about Lilianna and we would appreciate it, if you handed her over. She is nothing special to the pack, I'm sure. She did burn down the packhouse at a young age.

Anyways, if you do not return her, then we will come and take her.

Thank you,

Aaron."

She stared at the letter for a few seconds, "He seriously doesn't care about me." she murmured.

"Did you seriously burn down the packhouse?" Seth sneered.

She snapped her attention to him, "You actually believe him?" she seethed.

"I don't know who to believe anymore, Lilianna! Darien wasn't out to kill me, Kaden isn't as evil as he seems, Lilith is your fucking mother, my mother wasn't the nice woman I thought she was, and your fucking father joined the hunters! Hell, he's the future leader of them now!" he yelled. "All I've been living with is lies. So, tell me the fucking truth!"

She clenched her jaw, "I didn't burn down the packhouse, we've been through this. I didn't write the stupid letter, I didn't kill your parents, and I didn't run away as a happy child. I've been hearing nothing but lies too, Seth. So, tell me, do you really love me?"

She turned on her heel and stormed out of the office, slamming the door behind her. She ran out of the packhouse and into the woods, tears streamed down her face as she ran. She couldn't believe he was still stuck on that, that a part of him still believed it was her fault. She should have known though, that a part of him would always blame her. She continued running until she reached a clearing, she quickly hid under the rocks and hugged her knees to her chest. Anger, hurt, and sorrow bubbled in her chest, but it wouldn't go away. No matter how many tears she spilled.

"Lil?"

She buried her face in her knees as Darien's voice sounded, she didn't make any noise, she didn't want to be bothered.

"Lil, come on, I know you're here." he called.

She swallowed, "G-go away."

He sighed, a few seconds passed before he knelt beside the rocks. "What happened?"

"S-seth still blames me." she cried softly.

"For his parents' deaths?"

She nodded silently.

He ran a hand through his hair, "He's just upset, you know how he is. He does stupid stuff when he's pissed, granted, that isn't an excuse. But you just have to slap him across the face and make him snap out of it."

"Does he even love me?" she murmured.

"Yeah, he does. I've never seen him worship a girl like he does to you. Don't start doubting your relationship with him or it'll just make everything worse."

Both of them became silent as someone walked towards them, Darien looked up to see Seth standing there, guilt was written all over his face. He sighed before standing up, he walked over to him and punched him in the face.

"Don't hurt my sister, again." he growled lowly.

He then shifted and took off, leaving a stunned Seth and Lilianna. Seth slowly sat up, trying to wipe the blood off his face. He winced when he touched his nose, as he attempted to stop the blood, Lilianna just stared at him.

"You deserved that." she mumbled.

He nodded, "I know."

She sighed before crawling out from the rocks and making her way over to him. She knelt beside him, swatting his hands away as she inspected his nose. She gently touched it and moved it, causing him to hiss in pain.

"Yupp, he broke it." she stated.

"Great, can you stop touching it?" he grumbled.

"Nope."

"Why-FUCK! THAT HURT!" he snapped as she positioned his nose back into place.

She grinned, "Fixed it."

"Motherfu-

"I'm going home." she stated.

She brushed herself off, glancing at his bloody face. He didn't pay attention to her while she walked away, he was too busy trying to get blood off of his face and hands. However, when he realized she wasn't in front of him anymore, he immediately stood up and panicked. She turned around to see him swaying a bit as he took a step forward, her eyes widened, before he could hit the ground she quickly caught him. She gently lowered him to the ground, sighing as his body went limp. She looked at his face, a frown formed as she ripped part of her shirt off. She started to gently wiped the blood off, trying her hardest to not cause him anymore pain. Once his face was better, she wiped his hands, even though they weren't broken, she was still gentle. She soon found herself rubbing soothing circles on his hands with her thumb.

"If I didn't love you, I would leave you in the forest. To die or something." she mumbled.

He moved a little bit, she quickly forced him to lay down when he tried getting up again. "Don't get up too fast, you'll pass out again."  she warned.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said any of that to you." he suddenly whispered.

She frowned, "But you did and it hurt like hell. I didn't kill your parents, I swear-

"I know." he sighed. "I was being an idiot."

She closed her mouth, he tried getting up again, but she made him lay down again. "Lil, I'm fine, I can stand up now." he mumbled.

She wrapped her arms around him and shoved her face into his neck, "I'm sorry too." she whispered.

He gently grabbed her hand and intertwined their fingers, "And I do love you, I love you more than I've loved anyone before."

"Does your nose still hurt?" she asked.

"Sort of, but it'll heal." he said, placing a soft kiss on her temple.

After a while, he stood up, but he still didn't let go of her hand. When they returned to the packhouse, Darien was already standing there with an ice pack.

"I'm not sorry about your nose." he grumbled.

Seth chuckled, "I don't blame you."

"Though, there's blood on your shirt, you may want to wash that. Looks like you just walked out of a murder scene."

Lilianna laughed, "He's going to the infirmary first."

"Lil, I'm fine."

"It's better to be safe than sorry."

He sighed in defeat, "Fine."
