You were sitting by the table, the hours were getting later. Jungkook supposed to be there 40 minutes ago.
You called him but he didn't pick up nor messaged you back. After two hours of waiting you made your way back home, mad, frustrated and sad at the same time. While you were walking through dark streets the tears were rolling down your cheeks.
"How could he forget'' You murmured under your breath and dried your tears with the ends of your sleeves.
After you got back home you snuggled into the couch and turned on TV.
He wasn't home either. While waiting for him to come back home you fell asleep while listening to lame adverts.
Suddenly a loud noise of door closing woke you up. Jungkook came back home, he dropped his bag as you looked at him, holding your anger.
''Sorry for waking you up'' He smiled at you and started to walk towards the couch where you were sitting.
You stood up and looked at your boyfriend with angry expression. Did he forgot that easily?
''Where have you been?'' You asked him angrily making him wonder.
His face deep in confusion.
''Do you even have idea how I felt waiting for you?'' You continued raising your voice. Jungkook still didn't know what you were talking about.
''Jagi but what happened? Why are you mad?'' He said quietly, not wanting you to get even more mad.
''It's our anniversary Jungkook. Did you forget it? We supposed to have a date and you stood me up'' You yelled feeling your eyes burn from the amount of tears gathering.
Jungkook looked at you with eyes wide open. He was disappointed in himself. Making a person he loves the most hurt. How could he forget about this special date.
''I'm sorry. I completely forgot.. I don't know how to apologize. I'm such a bad boyfriend'' Jungkook looked down, feeling his own tears in his eyes.
He reached to his trousers pocket and took out a small velvet box. Moving towards you he left you completely speechless.
''I'm sorry for not coming. I had something important to do'' He said getting down on one of his knees. You wide opened your eyes and waited for his another action. He opened the box exposing a beautiful ring.
''I didn't forget about our anniversary jagi. Can you forgive your stupid boyfriend and Marry me?'' He looked right at you and warmly smiled as your tears were rolling down your cheeks.
''Oh my God Jungkook. Yes!'' You obviously agreed as all of your soul jumped from happiness.
He stood up and placed the ring on your finger. Closing the gap between both of you he kissed you passionately.
''Happy anniversary baby'' He said between the kisses.
