Arthur wasn't having a very good day. He had a terrible day at work, he had a fight with his husband, and now to top it all off some people were trying to rob him. His emotions were such a mess right now that magic wasn't really an option and fighting back was gone too. They had his arms behind his back and made it clear with their guns that if he even tried he wouldn't be making it back home to make up with his Francy-Pants.
"What's in this thing?" one asked, taking out the Brit's wallet. He glared a little when he found nothing in it but a few cards that held no value. He did stop when he saw Arthur's ID. "Arthur Kirkland?"
"Hey, isn't he one of the top generals in the country?" another asked. "And a protector of the queen."
"I think someone in Britain would pay a lot of money for him," the person who Arthur had picked out to be the leader. He pulled out some rope and made his way to Arthur, making him gulp.
"Can't we discuss this?" Arthur asked, looking at all the men.
"Nope."
"Leave him alone!" someone with a think French accent yelled. Before anyone could react, the men that had been ready to kidnap Arthur were knocked out on the ground. Arthur looked at Francis, a small smile on his face.
"Thanks Francy-Pants," Arthur said, walking over to him. "But how did you find me? Why were you even out here?"
"Your forgot your scarf and it's cold outside," Francis answered, holding the scarf out to him. "I may be mad at you but that doesn't mean I want my Iggy to get sick. Now come on, I don't want you around these guys when they wake up."
"Alright," Arthur said, taking his hand has they walked home. Even during a bad day, Francis could always end up making the end of it wonderful without even thinking about it.
Like Arthur once said, his O' Frog Face was only a frog when he was mad at the Frenchman. Once they were done and a kiss made the argument forgotten, than that Frog turned into a prince. Not that Arthur ever claimed to be a princess or anything.
