Going Home

Michael's POV:

I got off of the ground.

"Uh.......what were we talking about again?" I asked holding my head, and smiling awkwardly, not knowing what else to do.

Leo's POV:

When Mikey......Michael.....looked at us and smiled, it was a genuine Mikey smile. I smiled back at him.

"We were talking about you being our brother remember?" I asked.

"Oh! Right!" He said coming back to realization.

Michael's POV:

I jumped back up to the table and looked at Jamie to make sure she was okay. She looked at me worried.

"Michael, are you okay? Do you need to lie down or-"

"I'm okay Jamie!" I told her with a smile.

"So Mik-......Michael....... do you think you trust us enough to go down to the lair?" Leo asked. I looked at him confused.

"Lair? What's that? OOH! Is it like the Bat Cave?" I asked excitedly. Leo smiled.

"Something like that. If we can bring you down there we will be able to help you remember." Leo told me. I looked down at the ground and bit my lip.

"I......I don't know......I mean. I don't have any real proof. Yeah the headaches are something but.....I.....I don't know....." I told him. The turtles looked sad when I said that which only made me feel guilty. Jamie jumped out of her chair.

"Oh my goodness I just remembered something......" She said.

"What?" I asked.

"Proof! Proof of you having a connection with these turtles!" She said with excitement written all over her face. The turtles smiled.

"You have proof? Where?" Donnie asked. I was wondering the same thing. Jamie runs into her painting room and runs back to the kitchen with a painting at hand.

"Michael, do you remember that you would always paint pizza when we were painting?" She asked me.

"Yeah? Why?"

"Do you remember that time that I asked you to paint something eating the pizza?" She asked. When I remembered what I painted my mouth fell open. She's right.....

"Wait. What did he paint?" Raph asked. Jamie flipped over the painting to reveal the four turtles eating the pizza I painted a while ago.

"No way. It even has little details look!" Donnie said pointing at the turtle that had I painted with a gap in it's teeth. I know turtles don't have teeth but I gave them some so they can eat the pizza!

"Hey this one is Raph! And that one is me!" Leo said pointing at two turtles. One turtle I painted looked angry, and the other just was eating pizza.

"How do you know?" I asked.

"Because that one is you." Leo said, pointing at the last turtle. The turtle had freckles on it and was smiling, and was enjoying the pizza. That one I painted was my favorite.

"You can't say that, drawing four turtles that look like us is an coincidence can you?" Donnie asked. I didn't know what to think, but I knew, some how, no matter how crazy it sounded, they were right. I looked up at Jamie.

"It's going to be okay Michael. I'm here for you." She said giving me a reassuring smile. I smiled back at her.

"Okay, I'll go with the lair with you..... but only if Jamie comes too." I told them. Leo looked at Raph and Donnie. The two nodded.
