"No one has seen Harry," I said to Bonnie, slightly histeric. "Or Ron or Fred or George or Ginny-"
"Have you asked Lee Jordan?" Bonnie asked. "He always knows where Fred and George disappear off to?"
"Yes, I asked everyone!" I said, burrying my head in my hands. "I even asked Hermione and she's worried too. They would never leave on an adventure without Hermione - they need her. At least, Harry admits to this, Ron still thinks he could take her place-"
"He only says that so she won't go on an adventure," Bonnie said. "He says that so she can be safe."
"For whatever reason it's still bloody annoying," I huffed, though after Bonnie's glare I admited it was a bit chivalrous for him - but still sexist.
At that moment, Seamus came up to me, a nervous smile on his face. I sighed, if there was one thing I perfered Cedric and Mike over Seamus - it was the confidence they held. I don't think I'd be able to stand to be with someone who was so insecure. But then I paused, why was I comparing Seamus to my boys? Seamus has never been mine.
"Nixie," Seamus said, scratching the back of his head and glancing at Bonnie uncertainly. Bonnie hesitated before leaving her seat and skipping over to the Slytherin table - sitting far away from Malfoy.
I turned and glared at Seamus. He stood in front of me awkwardly, running a hand through his hair and leaving it slightly ruffled. Like Cedric and Mike, he had that casualy scruffyness about his hair that make his look carelessly handsome. But that was as far as the similarities went.
"What do you want Finnigan?" I sniffed, peeved that he made one of my friends feel the need to leave.
"I heard that you were asking where Harry went," Seamus said.
I scoffed. "I asked Neville and Dean and Hermione - none of them knew. Why would you?"
"Well, I don't nessasarily know where they went," Seamus said. "But I know where they went before they left."
"Which is where?"
"Dumbledore's office," Seamus said. "I don't know where they went after that... maybe you can ask Professor McGonagall. She was there..."
"Oh," I said, fighting a smile of triumph. "Well... thanks, Finnigan."
Seamus hesitated. "Erm... do you have to call me Finnigan? I know I'm not fond of your brother anymore but-"
"I don't appreciate you not believing my brother," I interupted him. "And therefor you don't believe in me. And I don't like that you aren't Gryffindor enough to stand up to your mother - so this has nothing to do with my brother not liking you, Finnigan. It has to do with me not respecting you."
Seamus watched with gorgous blue eyes as I walked stiffly out of the hall, strangely feeling as though I were breaking up with a boyfriend.

"They had a holiday early," Professor McGonagall said stiffly as students rushed by us.
"Yes, I can see that," I said. "But... but why?"
"Mr. Potter has had a dream," McGonagll looked me in the eye, as though expecting me to understand. I blinked at her.She sighed in irritation. "Have a cup of tea with me, Miss Potter."
It was a command, not a question - so I followed her into her office.
The door closed with a snap behind me and I turned to her to see her looking at me with such a stern expression that I would have taken a step back if the wall wasn't already there.
