Based on the song 'Baby Came home 2/ Valentines' by The Neighbourhood Naruto was feeling brave one day in elementary school and decided he wanted to befriend the quiet, mysterious raven haired boy, Sasuke. After befriending him for years and becoming inseparable best friends, Naruto felt like there was more to their friendship but decided that the smartest decision was to not act on any blossoming feelings he was having. Throughout the years, Sasuke expressed his love for music, he even wanted to create songs and maybe even be apart of a band. Naruto encouraged and supported him in every way he could but to eachothers disbelief, this lead them slowly to drift apart. Feelings of longing and emptiness came with them drifting apart . This caused Naruto to wonder if they'll get through this without having to increase the ache in eachothers hearts. My first attempt to write a fanfiction, im literally so sorry if this is terrible, writing has never been a strong suit of mine but i couldn't get this idea out of my head lol
