I have three rules for the start of every school year:
First, stay excellent. New year, same me, not changing for anyone.
Secondly, keep cool, calm and collected. We can't have dumb emotions raging all over the place, can we now?
Last and most certainly not least, no rubbing shoulders with mediocrity. I can't have average people in my space.
And I've always kept these rules for the past 5 years. But someone, one annoyingly infruriating person has somehow managed to break all of them...
...and break me in the process.

What happens when a guarded, sharp-edged girl crashes into the life of a painfully soft, sunshine-coded boy who refuses to leave her alone?
Roseline Williams has built her world on distance, control, and not needing anybody. Leonard "Ryan" Lockwood shows up with sketchbooks, dumb optimism, and a habit of seeing the good in people who don't want to be seen at all.
She hates him on sight.
He likes her for reasons even he can't explain - maybe it's her eyes, maybe it's the storm behind them.
Two opposites. One hallway, one shared class, one very unfortunate student program. Walls crack. Nerves fray. And nothing stays the same.
