Day 7: Eastbell,Icewynne,Notsuoh lounge and bar,After hours,Second floor,Arsen's bed,Dark Hour

It was the middle of the night. An Ice cold hand clamped itself over Arsen's mouth.

"Get up."

His eyes shot open, he was face to face with Sage's cold gaze drilling a hole into his soul. He prepared to scream but Sage's grip on him tightened.

"Don't you dare." He walked across the room, reached into a drawer and tossed him a suit. "Meet me on the roof, and for Creator's sake put some damn clothes on. Stop pretending you have abs to show off."

Sage left without another word leaving Arsen to stumble out of bed on his own.

"Pfft. Whatever."

Arsen grumbled to himself as he rubbed the sleep from his eyes and struggled to fix his naturally unruley hair. He paused and glanced at his reflection as he stood in the mirror clad in a pair of loose boxer shorts. He poked his stomach and observed the slight definition of prepubescent muscle that was beginning for form around his core. "Hmph. I do so have abs..."   He threw on his suit and watched as it began to flicker and glow.  He pouted before reluctantly heading up to the roof.

"He got you too huh?" Snow rubbed her eyes sleepily and took of sip of green tea from a thermos.

"Yeah," Arsen replied. He eyed the warm drink, from the looks of it, Snow received a much nicer wakeup call than him. His eye twitched at the thought of Sage in Snow's bedroom, it twitched even more at the thought of him greeting her with a soothing drink. Why was Sage such an ass to him, why was he such an ass in general?

Sage strolled up the stairs.

"Alright. Who's first"

"First for what?"

As soon as he said that Arsen took a fist to the face. He was sent crashing towards the pavement. He caught himself at the last moment, his head snapped towards Sage. He didn't need magic to know that it was him who delivered the blow.

His eyes bulged with rage as he stood. Not today, he was not about to take his shit again.

"You...goddamn...son of a.." Arsen took a lurching step towards with each word. On the final word, he swung: "Bitch!"

Sage backstepped and kneed him in the gut, Arsen was bent over coughing but he still staggered towards Sage. He was determined to stay up this time. It was gonna take a lot more than that to knock him out.

He charged at Sage who in turn ducked and made a move to roundhouse kick him. Arsen took the opportunity to grab him by his leg and swing him into the wall. Sage went crashing into the cold iron slab only to shove Arsen into it himself, he gave him a good bash into the wall before kicking him sending him flying towards the edge of the roof.

Sage had Arsen pinned. The only thing keeping him from falling off the edge was Sage's death grip on his neck.

Sage stared at him for a second before letting him up and pulling him back to safety.

Arsen's breath was heavy, he wanted to swing again. He took half a step to charge after him once more before he was cut off by Snow.

"Shadow don't!" he faltered and gazed in her direction,  she looked shaken up. He just realized how this must have looked, two people on the roof in the middle of the night barely conversing before punching each other in the face and slamming each other into walls. Well...Sage started it.

Sage adjusted his glasses and gave a slight nod, "Hmph. Not bad."

He went on, his voice stern "Welcome to your first night of training. To be in this business you must learn how to fight. And if you can't learn how to fight. You die."
