Name:Dragon Fly
Description:They can do whatever a dragon fly can.
Strengths:
*The user can fly.
*The user has omnidirectional flight being able to fly down, to the sides, and upwards at any time unlike some bird like quirks.
*The user has incredible and I mean incredible eyesight being able to see very far distances and ultraviolet rays.
*Their eye sight is also omnidirectional like their flight making it so it's impossible to sneak attack them.
*Wings can grow back after being damaged or destroyed.(That's not actually a dragon fly trait just something I thought to make the quirk stronger)
Weaknesses:
*The users wings are extremely fragile being quickly destroyed after a good enough blow.
*The user can't fly in cold temperatures.
*The users eyesight because it's so good can lead them to being blinded easily.
*The user has very little combat ability.
Special Move:Dragon Radar
The user flies up to a high distances and completely scans an area whether it be to find somebody, get information for allies, or assist in rescue operations.
