Description:The user can take oxygen from nearby areas.
Strengths:
*The user can non lethally or lethally suffocate people
*The user can instantly put out fires
*The user can knock out large groups
*Any process that requires Oxygen he/She can stop it
Weaknesses:
*It takes energy to take away oxygen
*It has a range of ten meters
*If someone can hold their breath or has something like scuba gear it doesn't work
*If they use it at close range it could hurt them to
Special Attack:Sphere Of Despair
The user makes a large sphere around their opponent taking all the oxygen away making it so even if they ran in the other direction they wouldn't be able to escape before running out of breath.
