Description:The user can make anybody they make eye contact use 100% percent of their power without restrictions from their brain.
(Basically your brain has limiters so you don't hurt yourself when your running or lifting or doing any activity the user can get rid of said limiters)
Strengths:
*The user can make their allies have way more power physically and quirks wise similar to Deku when he went One Million Percent
*They user can make opponents use all their power which will both tire them out and injure themselves since using that much power is very harmful
*The user can use this ability stealthily with a simply glance without the knowledge of others
*The user can use this on themselves to make themselves stronger in a 1v1 encounter
Weaknesses:
*It takes eye contact so something like glasses or a form of eye protection is what kills this quirk
*By using it on an ally they will be Extremely powerful at the beginning but they will tire out eventually
*By using it on a villain they will tire out eventually but will be Extremely powerful at the beginning
*If they use it on themselves they can strain their body immensely
Special Move:One Hundred Percent Form(Sorry if that's a lame name couldn't come up with anything better at 12:38 AM)
The user will use one hundred percent of their power allowing them to move faster then almost any human and have the power to break human bones.
