Free: Rin Matsuoka x SportyReader (part 2)

"Im (L/N) (F/N). Nice to meet you!" You smiled and bowed politely. Sensei assigned your seat next to Rin and you immidiately sat next to him. "So were classmates huh? I'll be in your care." You winked and he just messed your hair.

The day ended up early so Rin showed you around the campus and you were shown to the different clubs. All of them were nice but one club was in your favor. "Hey Rin? Where's the swim team?" You asked. Insted of answering, he pulled your hand to he-knows-where.

Rin led you to the swim club and there, you saw a lot of (male and female) swimmers training. You were so amazed that you didn't notice that Rin was calling you. "Oi (F/N)!" He called. You looked at him and he handed you a small bag.

"What's this?"

"Your swimsuit."

"My what?"

"I called your Mom and she brought that over."

"Really? Well..."

"Save it. I know you wanna swim so get changed and I'll introduce you to the team." He said before walking off to the male changing room.

You went in the changing room and changed into your (colour) one piece swimsuit, tucked your hair in a black headcap and wore the goggles arpund your neck. You put all of your clothes in the bag and inside a locker.

"Hey (Y/N)? You done already?" It was Rin. You opened the door and saw him.... In his trunks.... Looking as hot as ever.

You felt your cheeks burn so you turned around and slapped them. You felt them cool down so you sighed and faced him. "The team's waiting for you." He said and you nod. The two of you walked to the lined swimmers and you could tell that the guys were looking at you that made you undeniably uncomfortable.

"Alright. This is (Y/N), the team's newest member."

"Member? Who are you? The captain?"

"As a matter of fact, yes." He said and winked. You felt your cheeks burn but you calmed yourself.

The other members talked to you a bit and asked you some questions.

"Where did you train before?"

"Where did you meet captain?"

"How long do you know Captain?"

"Do you think potatoes are cute?

"What is your relationahip with him?

"Do you have a boyfriend?"

"Is someone courting you?"

"I was trained in Australlia. I met him there. Long enough. To me potatoes are (cute/not cute). We're super close friends. No, I dont have a boyfriend and nobody's courting me."

That was enough and you began swimming in your lane. You would steal glances at Rin and would swim. It was fun and you enjoyed hanging with them but before the day ended, the other members requested something.

"A relay?"

"Un. Can you swim all four strokes against one of us."

"Why me?"

"You swim great!"

"Well... I don't mind but who am I swimming against with?"

"Me of course." You looked back and Rin was walking to you. Rin? It's been so long since we last swam one by one. You nodded and the two of you positioned yourselves.

"100m relay, 25m for each stroke. First one to finish, wins. On your mark, get set, DIVE!" and the two of you dove in the water and began swimming the first stroke, back.

You had to admit it that Rin has improved.... but you also improved. The two of you turned at the same time and swam breast. This stroke's easy for the two of you. And the two of you turned at the same time again.

"Sugoi! She's matching captain!"

"Go (Y/N)!"

Fly... Now this is a stroke you were kinda having a hard time witj but you still did your best. Rin managed to turn ahead of you but you caught up to him. The final lap's free.

The two of you sprinted fast and the. The first one to reach was.....

"Captain! Omedeto"

"(Y/N)-senpai sugoi!!!"

"You were only 2 seconds behind him!"

"So fast!"

You smiled and felt someone's arms on your shoulder. You looked back and saw Rin. You smiled and felt your cheeks get a little bit warmer.

"Not bad (Y/N), you improved a lot!"

"Of course I have. I kept on training back in Australlia you know."

"Anyways, lets go change. I'm walking you back to your dorm."

"Dorm?"

"Your parents sent you to stay in the dormitory. All of your stuff is in your room already." He exained and the two of you got out of the pool and changed.

After a few minutes, the two of you were done and walked back to the dormitory.

Inside your room, well, a LOT of boxes were there. You sighed and tossed your bag aside. "It seems like I'll be staying up all night." You smiled. Rin chuckled and placed his arm on your shoulders.

"Come on, let me help you."

"Seriously? I mean... classes..."

"Classes are suspended. Classes will resume the day after tomorrow."

"Oh... well, sure. I could use a hand." You smiled and he messed up your hair.

And so began your long night of unpacking boxes, laughing and stuff.
