D Gray Man: Yu Kanda x Neko!Reader (part3)

You slowly opened your eyes and blinked, adjusting your eye sight. When everything's clear, you opened your eyes and sat up. You looked around and found yourself in a room you don't know where.

"You're awake." A monotone voice spoke and you turned around and saw Kanda.

"Kanda-san?!"

"..."

"Err.. Where are we? And what happened?"

"... Noah appeared."

"Huh?"

"Noah and akuma appeared and they controlled you."

"Ohh... I remember now... Gomen."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"I have some questions..."

"Hai?"

"What did you mean by 'Papa why did you sacrfice us?' And why did the Noah control you? And your eye was bleeding."

"... Well... But please don't tell anyone... Only you and Komui-san must know about this..."

"Sure."

"... My sister and I were brought to that laboratory by Papa. He was a scientist there. And one day, we were locked in a room and there were doctors with creepy faces and they were holding syringes full if chemicals. We screamed and pounded on the door but they said that papa gave us away and allowed us to be their lab rats."

YU KANDA'S POV

"..."

"We didn't believe them at all. But after three weeks, he himself came. My sister ran to give him a hug but he pinned her to the ground and injected more chemical to her. And I guess.... he never saw us as his daugters. Now I can tell why mama left him. He only saw her-us-, as lab rats." A tear rolled down her eye and she wipped it away.

The room was silent. The only noise you'll hear is her taking. She continued.

"Mama wanted to take us with her but she suddenly fainted and never woke up. Papa then took us to the laboratory two weeks later. And that's when it all happened."

"..."

"My sister... She never gave up. She kept on planning on how we could escape. She never gave up a fight with the scientists. But, she died earlier than me. They injected poison in her 'acidentally'. I cried for days and when I stopped, I ran away and never came back. And then General Klaud found me...."

That ends her story. Small tear drops fall down her eyes and she wiped them away but she was shaking... I sat on her bed and pulled her close to me-a hug you might say- and wrapped my arm around her.

Her face was on my chest and I placed my chin on her head between her cat ears. "Let it all out. Cry all your pain." I said and in no time, she was crying and I just sat there and let her scream it all out.

When she was done, my shirt was already slightly soaked and she sat away.

"Thanks Kanda-san. I kinda needed that. And sorry about your shirt."

"It's nothing really... Now, what where you doing in that place?" I asked.

She didn't say anything. A few minutes later, she stood up and took her coat and fished something from her pocket. When she pulled it out, it was Innocence. I starred at it and she smiled a little bit.

"My sister... She controlled me to go to that place and gave me instructions to get her Innocence. It wasn't easy for me but she said that it'll let her be at peace. I want her to be at peace and so I had to..."

I know...

"I had to destroy her... as an Akuma and... somehow I got her Innocence." She said and looked at it, remembering all her memories with her sister.

I walked and wrapped my arms around her and I could feel her stiffen. "K-K-Kanda-san?" she muttered and I just placed her forehead on the crook of my neck. Her cat ears are soft.

"Your sister's proud of you I'm sure of it." I said and I could tell that her eyes watered and she slowly hugged me back and smiled.

"No one's gonna hurt you anymore.... (Name)."
