I had some help catching it. I failed the first time. It shook three times and broke out at the last moment. I used Great Balls both times. I easily reclaimed it. It's the Amped Form. I might try to get another one just in case someone who has the other form as a Shiny could trade me it.

I named it Cody after Cody Carson from Set It Off. I'm thinking of renaming it Muse now because of their song Uprising but what do you guys think? (Also my game darkened at the perfect moment when I took the picture)
