Shiny Buzzwole in Trade (Ultra Moon)

Shiny Buzzwole in a trade in Ultra Moon. I got bored so I went on a battle and got a  trade request after so I went in and I forgot who I traded with  but they gave me a level 100 Buzzwole for a level 60 shiny duplicate, I forgot what  it was but I think a Drapion. I'm thinking it's probably hacked though...
