Celina arrived at her destination. She had managed to get Charles to tell her where exactly Dutch was being held. She had made it seem like just part of a bigger conversation earlier in the night. Before the gang laid down to get some night's sleep, or to attempt getting a nights sleep, he had told her. She had played it cool. Acted as if there was no particular reason she needed to know where the gang leader had been taken to.

She did good. Celina kept that in mind as she kept to the cover of the trees outside the Pinkerton Detective Agency. Dutch was there. Dutch was inside somewhere. Her heart hammered away at the thought of her only plan. The guys had been right, there were guards around the premises at every corner. There would have been no way Dutch could have been busted out. There was no way the gang could get him out.

There was only one option. She rubbed her hand together and looked around at her surroundings in the dark. Things were going to be bad if her plan didn't go through. They were going to be awful. She just hoped that her plan would go more smoothly than Dutch's plans... God love him.

Slowly, she rode out of the trees with her hands up in a gesture of surrender, "Don't shoot. I come alone and in piece. I've come to discuss Dutch Van Der Linde and his gang."

She felt as if her heart stopped when the Pinkertons turned their attention to her. She just had to keep reminding herself why she was there, for Dutch and the gang... and for herself. She knew this was the only way. She raised her brows, "I have a very interesting proposition for you all if you would just listen to me."

One of the men spoke up as he approached her by foot, gesturing her to get down from her horse. She did so. The man spoke, "Tell me how a piece of scum like you could possibly have anything to bargain with."

Celina formed a crooked smile, her face illuminated by the light of his lantern. She kept her hands up in surrender, "My name is Celina Ryan Knoll and I am from the year twenty eighteen."

...........

Celina sat in the interrogation room of the Pinkertons Agency as she wracked her brain to formulate what it was she would say. She had to be convincing. She had to really seal this deal. She had told them, there was no going back now. Upon her identifying herself, she had been taken into custody. It turned out that wracking up a larger bounty may have paid off afterall.

That had been why she had been dragged into their regretfully impressive building- because of her bounty... Not because of her claim, not yet. The chair she had been forced into was uncomfortable, wooden. Having her hands behind her back didn't help much either. She shifted in her seat in attempt to get comfortable.

The door to the room creaked open slowly after ten long minutes. She looked up at the older man who entered. His hair was snow white, his mustache much more bushier than logic would dictate it be. She licked her lips, "Hello, officer."

He did not give the same greeting, "I understand you're here to see Dutch Van Der Linde."

She shook her head, "No. Not at all. In fact, I would prefer Dutch not find out about this visit."

His brow furrowed as he took a seat at the table across from her, "Is that so? Then why travel out this way when we've been so generous to give you time to flee?"

Celina took a deep breath. She had to refrain from being snippy. That was, if she was looking for her plan to well and truly work. "Because," she stated simply, straightening her posture, "I have as I stated outside come to your agency with a proposition I'm sure you will find interesting."

He straightened in his own seat, "And what would that be? What are you trying to get out of this?"

She took another deep breath, "Well," she held his gaze, "I am hoping that you and the rest of this agency can be found to be men of your words. And I'm hoping we can come to an arrangement that will grant not only the rest of the Van Der Linde gang, but Dutch as well, freedom."
