"Um, Lilly? What're you doing here?" Jasmine spoke quietly, holding her her hand on the doorframe and the door knob.

"I just came to talk to you." Lilly shrugged and walked into the room, much to Jasmine's disliking. "So you like Alex?"

"Um-"

"He doesn't like you."

"Excuse me? Yes he does." Jasmine brushed a strand of her hair behind her ear. "He's said so himself-"

"He's a liar, Jasmine. You shouldn't trust him." Lilly's eyes shifted around the room before landing back on Jasmine. Her judgmental eyes looked Jasmine up and down with a look of disgust. "He could do so much better."

"I-I think you should go, Lilly." Jasmine went to open the door but when she reached for the doorknob, Lilly grabbed her wrist harshly.

"I suggest you leave Alex be, Jasmine. I don't want to cause any trouble, but I can and I'm not afraid to." Lilly was now holding Jasmine against the wall by the door. A look of sheer fright and terror covered Jasmine's expressions as Lilly spoke coldly to her. "He was never your's to keep. He just needed someone to fuck so he could make me jealous. I suggest you go back to wherever the hell you came from, Jasmine Carter." Lilly hissed before leaving.

Jasmine stayed against the wall, shocked from the situation. When she finally came to reality, Jasmine walked back over to her bed and sat on the edge of it.

"Hey, Jazz!" Kitty smiled as she walked through the door.

"Hey." Jasmine forced a smile onto her lips, looking up to Kitty as she took off her heavy jacket.

"Where's Alex? I thought he'd be with you?"

"He's playing cards with Scott, Bobby, and Peter." Jasmine played with her thumbs, biting her lip nervously. "Kitty? How close were Alex and Lilly?"

"Oh God. They were dating for three years until Alex found out she'd been sleeping with another mutant for two out of those three years." Kitty replied, sitting on her bed across from Jasmine.

"Does he really like me, Kitty?" Jasmine gathered the courage to look Kitty in the eyes, something she rarely did to anyone other than Alex, Logan, Loki, and rarely Natasha, before the Loki incident happened.

"He loves you, Jasmine. Its so sweet, the way he looks at you and treats you like you're his queen. He puts your needs or even wants before his, You deserve that. Why? Do you like him like that?"

"Of course, Kitty." Jasmine breathed out with a smile on her lips. "He's always gentle with me, as if I was some sort of fragile doll. And he's sweet and he makes me laugh. . . I've told him I loved him, just as he has done to me, but I don't think I show it as much as he does. . ."

"And that's perfectly fine, Jazz. You just need time to get used to things." Kitty smiled.

"I-" Jasmine was interrupted when the dorm door opened and in walked five students; Peter, Bobby, Scott, Alex, and a girl with red short hair, almost like Natasha's.

Not knowing who the girl was, Jasmine's eyes turned dark green on their own. Alex walked over to Jasmine and kissed her lips ever so softly.

"Jazz? This's Jean." Scott had his arm around the red headed female.

"She's okay, Jasmine." Alex whispered just audible for her as he put his face into her hair. "She's a friend of the Professor's."

"Its wonderful to finally meet the girl everyone's talking about." Jean smiled softly and held her hand out for Jasmine, who hesitated before returning the gesture.
