Chapter 2

Issei P.O.V
I was walking around the park right now. I didn't want to go home. I was thinking that maybe I could get a little more comfortable with this devil stuff if no just cleared my head first.

A/N: Oh yeah, Yuma came to Y/N 2 Days after Issei turned into a devil

As I was walking over to the spot where Yuma, or should I say Raynare, killed me. But as I'm walking, I notice something on the floor.

Issei: Is that a.... person?

I make my way closer and I see that it is a person. Actually, I think I recognize him. Yeah, he is that one quiet kid who goes to my school and has girls drooling over him! I need to call Rias. Maybe she could help him...

Timeskip

Y/N P.O.V

"Comrade! We are under attack! We need you to get up and serve the motherland! There are to-"

I snooze the alarm. I groan as I realize that it's morning. It was then that I remembered what happened. Yuma, her wings, the spear and.... me dying. Was it all a dream? How am I still here? Am I dead? I get up from my bed and get changed. I guess there's only one way to find out if it was a dream or not. I need to go to the park. I throw on my usual trench coat and walk out the door.

Timeskip

Still Y/N P.O.V

I arrive at the park and head over to the fountain. And there it was. A circle of my blood, right where I died. It was now that I remember that I still have school. I guess I'll just come back here after school, and then figure out what the hell is going on.

Timeskip

The bell rings, signalling the end of school. I quickly get up and head back to the park. I arrive and look at my blood again.

Y/N (In head): Wait, so if it was a dream, does that mean Yuma isn't real? That would explain her random transformation. But it couldn't have been a dream. My blood is spilt on the floor, right in front of me.

As I am thinking, I get the feeling that somebody is behind me. I turn around to see another one of those pink spears heading right for me. I instinctively put up my hands to block, but I don't end up feeling anything. I look up to see that the spear is moving very slowly towards me. It's like everything is in slow motion. I step to the side and see who threw it at me. It was some dude who was wearing a trench coat and a fedora. He, like Yuma, had wings and was flying right now. I then notice something else. I was wearing a helmet, for some reason. I was confused. Who is this guy? Why is everything so slow? Why am I wearing a helmet? Just as I was thinking, the speed of the world went back to normal. The guy looked at me like he was annoyed.

Fedora dude: hmm, not bad. I don't sense your master, could you be a stray?

Y/N: Why are you trying to kill me?

Fedora: If you don't know what's going on then I assume your a new devil, or your a stupid one. It doesn't matter though, you will be dead soon enough.

He gets another spear ready, and then throws it at me. As it gets close to me, it gets slower and slower. Everything is in slow motion again. I move out of the way and decide that maybe I should fight back. This guy is trying to kill me after all.
I ran up to him, but then something started flowing in my right hand. The light was getting longer, sort of in the shape of a staff. When the light stopped, I saw what it was.

(You can pretend that it looks a little different, like maybe a few different colours or it could have some spikes on it or something if you want)

I looked at it and decided not to question where it came from. As I was running to the fedora guy, time went back to normal. He saw me running towards him, so he summoned another spear. Just as he was about to throw it, I jumped up and used my weapon to cut his arm. I didn't cut it off, but it sure looked like it hurt.

Fedora: Gah! So your gonna fight back huh? Stupid choice. It will just make me want to kill you more.

He started summoning another spear, yet again, but then suddenly...

???: Don't you dare touch him

The voice came from behind me. I turned around and saw who was behind me. It was a girl with red hair. I knew who she was. It was Rias, she goes to kuoh, like me. Pretty much every single guy wants to have her, and the perverted trio are crazy about her. Speaking of the trio, I see one of them there. I think his name is Issei. I also see a few more people. There is Kiba, he is Kuohs "prince". All the girls are crazy over him, even more than me. Then there is another girl who has black hair. I don't think I know her name, but I have seen her at school a couple times. She is a beautiful girl, and I'm sure the trio want her too. And the last person is this cute little girl. Her name is Koneko. I don't know her personally, but she is referred to as the school mascot sometimes.

Fedora: Crimson hair.... you must be Rias, part of the Gremory family. So that means this must your territory too. Ok, well today, I apologize. I will be taking my leave, but I advise you not to let your servants run around on there own like that. Other fallen angels may not be as cooperative as me.

Rias: I appreciate your advise, but know that if you attack my servants again, I will not hold back

Fedora: I understand. Farewell, I hope we never have to cross paths again.

And with that, the fedora dude flew off into the sky. I looked back at Rias and the others. They were all just looking at me.

Y/N: What's up?

Rias: I know you must be confused, and I will answer your questions. But it will have to wait until tomorrow. I will send somebody to pick you up after classes.

Y/N: Ok then, well I guess I'm gonna go back home now because this is too much for me to take in.

I start walking away while holding up the peace sign behind me. I'm a little more cautious walking home, hoping that no more "fallen angels" or whatever come to take whatever it is that I have. After some time, I reach my house. I don't really know what to do with my new weapon, so I just lean it on the wall. My helmet disappeared, so I just got changed and went to go shower. It's kind of funny, most people are coming home from a day of work, taking a shower and feeling relieved, but they have no idea how it feels to get stabbed with a spear, die, get revived somehow, fight a random dude with wings, and then almost die again. After I shower, I put some clothes on and head straight to bed.
As I lay in bed, I can't help but think of what is happening. I have a lot of questions, but they will have to wait until tomorrow. The one thing I'm most uncertain about is Rias. She comes out of nowhere, says I'm her servant, and then I'm supposed to trust her. I guess everything will make sense soon enough. For now though, I just want to sleep.

A/N: Hey everyone, thanks for reading that chapter. 1474 words. I am trying my best to follow everyone who follows me, because I don't really know how else to show that I'm grateful. One thing that surprised me, is that this story already has over a hundred reads, and I just started yesterday. I'm pretty sure its just because Dxd is popular on Wattpad, but still, I am thankful to everyone that reads this. I might make another chapter today, but if not, it'll be tomorrow. Oh yeah, one more thing. I know the fedora dudes name is "Donahseek", but that is a very strange name and I'll probably spell it wrong every time I write it.
