Gabriel stayed all night in Zina's chamber, because he did not want to leave her, and he knew that she was too weak to protest it. Mary had taken the babe with her to allow Zina some much needed rest. Gabriel had many things to think about before morning came, and he new that there was a strong possibility that when Zina woke up in the morning, she would most likely kick him out of there.
Taking an inhalation of breath, Gabriel realized during this whole ordeal that she was his life. He needed her like the fish needed the water, but how would he convince her that they should be together? She will not have him now, and he did not blame her. He messed up big time!
Zina stirred in her sleep, and Gabriel jumped up and ran to her side.
"Gabriel, Gabriel." She called out in her sleep, and Gabriel couldn't contain his excitement that she called out his name.
Tears of joy glided down his handsome chiseled face, and he knew that he had to hurry and convince her to marry him, because he wanted her to be his wife so bad, that he was willing to give up being king one day in Fay land, just to live in this castle with her.
When the orange fireball in the sky extended it's rays into Zina's chambers, Gabriel mustered up his courage and waited for the love of his life to wake up. It didn't take long for Zina to open her eyes, and when she saw him next to her, she pointed her finger at him.
"You! Get out of here before I scream my bloody lungs out, and trust me when I say, that my father will murder you if I tell him too!" She screamed.
"Calm down Zina, I just need a moment of your time and then I will leave you in peace" He told her, as fear of losing her tugged at his heart.
"I don't want to hear a single thing from you! You are not worthy of my time! Go away, and do not come back! And do not even think of going near my baby! She is my child not yours , for if she were yours, you would have protected her, instead of putting her life in danger!" She yelled.
Before Gabriel had time to respond, the door burst open and all the men in Zina's family, came marching in angrily.
"It's time you took your leave of absence Gabriel," James, Zina's great grandfather said in an angry tone of voice, "don't you think you caused enough trouble around here already?"
Gabriel gritted his teeth, and held his tongue. Last thing he needed was to argue with James, and get kicked out of the castle grounds forever.
"Yes, I will leave for now, and hope to be able to visit again very soon." Gabriel said.
"That won't be necessary. Zina does not want to see you again Gabriel, you would do well to leave things alone." James warned.
Gabriel's heart sank, and he walked to the door and opened it, and stepped out without saying another word. He did not want to agitate Zina's family. Mayhap he could send his mother here to speak on his behalf. He would do whatever it took to win their trust back.
Before Gabriel reached the stairway, he heard a baby's cry and halted. It was his babe that cried! His heart melted, because he knew that he would not be allowed to see her. Blaming himself, he zapped himself back to Fay land.
As soon as he opened the door to his chambers and walked in, he found Ariana laying on his bed naked as the day she was born.
"What took you so long?" She purred.

Many of you have commented about Mary. I am not ignoring any of you, it's just that I don't know what to do with her. I am debating what her fate will be, all I know for sure is that she is not Colin's soulmate. Soon I will decide and I promise you that I will write it in such a way that you will all love it. Just give me some time. I want first to reunite Zina with Gabriel, and then the baby will grow up and fall in love with Raphael, and it will be a forbidden love, and then the monsters will come back and attack, and the walls will come down, and there will be fighting and destruction, and during that time we will find out what Mary is up too. In the mean time, I have two questions.
1. What do you think I should do with Mary?
2. What do you think of the forbidden love story between Archangel Raphael and Zina's daughter?
