Oh, this is the first OC without a last name.

Cool

gender: male

Nice

appereance: blemished tan skin, black hair, rounded face (as well as body). 

Oh so he's a bit chubby. Cool

clothing: black, fitted jacket. shorts with many pockets. worn-out sandals.

A very simple outfit and easy to imagine. Great job.

personality: timid, sometimes rude, cocky (in a way), underestimating and overestimating oneself and others

Timid and cocky doesn't go in the same personality category. If he is cocky he would be more of a loud and over hyped person but if he is timid he would be more in the shy category and quiet.

-most likely a side character
-gets bullied by superior classmates
-orphan
-has crush on ino yamanaka; obviously one-sided
-closet pervert

thunder: lightning, low-level

How can he use ameratsu if he isn't a Uchiha? I am assuming he isn't.

*levels depend on chakra and chakra nature

What is his chakra?

ninjutsu: 4/10
genjutsu: 0/10
taijutsu: 1/10

If he is 12 how did he learn ameratsu? Not even Sasuke learned that till he was 16.

Final Analysis- This OC is very confusing. He knows jutsus that he shouldn't either because he is not from the clan or is at a very early age. Not to mention that he most likely is a supporting character so he shouldn't really know high level jutsus like the main cast. Other than that he is fine. It was a honor to review him and thank you for choosing me to review him.
