Another OC, but a Mary sue?

Hey guys what's up. We have another OC here and when I say I was ready to throw my phone out the window and into the grand canyon, I really was. I could not believe this OC when I saw her. But Don't just take my word for it. You can read it yourself. Here she is. Another OC.

Name: Tsukiko (Moon child) Yukimura (Snow village)

I like the name. It is very pretty though when you put it together it's Moon child Snow village. It's nice but a bit much.

Age/birthday: 12/ December 5

Height: 144 centimeters (4 foot 7 inches)

Clan: Yukimura clan

I like how you have your own clan. It's good.

Kekkei Genki: Ice dragon, god and devil Slayer, and ice make (kind of like Yuki clan)

Ok now I think i'm mad. Why the hell is your kenkei Genkei for slaying gods and demons. The only God in Naruto is Kaguya. So unless this OC is going to handle the dirty work for team 7, I don't want to see another krantos. The ice dragon and ice make are ok but the god and devil Slayer already screams marysue.

Family: Tadashi Yukimura (father,  the 4th Yukikage, deceased.) Lunahibana (mother, deceased)

I like the way you labeled them but what the heck is the Yukikage? Did I miss a kage? I'm sure I didn't so what is a 6th kage doing here.

Alliance: The land of ice, the village hidden in the snow (yukigakure) Konohakure, and the kages of the hidden village.

I have no problem with your OC being in a village but why make their own village just for the clan. There is no Uchihakure or Hyugakure for the Uchiha Clan or the Hyuga clan so what makes this OC's clan so special.

Abilities: Ice dragon, god and demon Slayer, and Ice make. (Main)
Yin and Yang (secondary) summons foxes, and heavenly body magic. (Only in dire situations) reequip into Yukikage.

I am fine with only two abilities here. Ice dragon and ice make but again with the god and demon Slayer. No just no. Hell no. Those should not be in the Naruto world at all. Yin and Yang is also bad. The reason why is because the Hyuga clan is already like the yin and yang. For God's sake their symbol is the yin and yang sign. Neji had the yin and yang sign under him when he does 8 trigrams 64 palms. You just took from the Hyuga clan. Body magic? Naruto for sure don't have no damn magic. What the hell is this, Magi? You can't have magic in the Naruto world. It is just common sense.

Rank: Jounin (2 years old). Anbu (5 years old), Anbu leader (6 years old) Sannin (7 years old) Yukikage (7 years old; only the 5 main kages and trusted others know.)

You just pissed me off and got me screaming Mary Sue. Why the hell is a 2 year old a jounin? Did she just skip chunin and genin? Not to mention academy. This screams Mary sue to the max. You are not a damn anbu at 5 years old. Not even Itachi and Kakashi was that talented. For sure you ain't no damn kage. Gaara wasn't even that talented. Now that I think about it why the hell is there a Yukikage. You really created a whole kage spot? Why can't she just become Mizukage or Tachikage?There are 5 kages not 6. Also how the hell are you keeping the secret that she is a kage? I'm sure people would know that a 7 year old Mary Sue overpowered OC is kage. No just stop.

Note: She is in the bingo book as the 'balance fox' and is ranked S-ranked. (Her mask when equips into the Yukikage, she has a seal on her body which prohibits her to use her powers untill someone kiss her and the seal disappears for a maximum of a day. Her eyes darkened when she goes through full Anbu mode. (Doesn't happens often) or when she is angry. She also does not like people underestimating her. She has a bad fear of Orochimaru and is weak against him. Also a bit with Sasori but not as much.
