Well,

So, yes, and no. Depending on your state.

Places in the Northeast such as, New York, Vermont, Rhode Island, D.O.C, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Connecticut are more likely to say yes. Places in the Southeast such as Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas are more times than not no.
