Places in the Northeast such as, New York, Vermont, Rhode Island, D.O.C, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Connecticut are more likely to say yes. Places in the Southeast such as Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas are more times than not no.
See the South is still working on equality but they are progressing, I'll give em that.
