Why... (Part 2)

Goku's POV:
Sitting with Chi-Chi watching tv was nice...for now. It was all over the news that a woman was found dead in her own bathroom. But nobody could identify who she was until they revealed who it was.

(News): Reports say it was (y/n) (l/n) who was in the bathroom with a knife next to her and cuts all over her arms and body. It looks like she commited suicide and nobody knows why. May the (l/n) family stay strong and endure till the end. For they have lost their daughter.

Wait did he just say (y/n) (l/n)? I just saw her a few weeks ago and...she killed herself? Oh kami, now I know what's gonna happen next. Everyone will hate me because they know, they know I cheated on (y/n) and pushed her to the edge of killing herself.

"Goku did they just say (y/n) committed suicide?!"

"Y-Yeah and I know why"

"No you don't. It might've been someone else right? Maybe it was the pressure of work and things like that"

"No Chi-Chi. It was because of us. When she saw me with you she immediately was pressured and I bet she told everyone about it"

"That little bitc-"

"DON'T CALL HER THAT!"

"Oh so NOW you care? NOW you're gonna take her side? Wow, maybe I should be the idiot and commit suicide and tell all my friends"

"Be quiet, you don't know"

"Oh but I do. I know everything"

"Because you did it"

"Wh-What?!"

"Don't play that card. They know who you are Chi-Chi, so you aren't getting any reception either"

"Great. Well what do we do?"

"I know (y/n). She would leave reasons why. Hopefully"

"Whatever, I don't care"

"I'm going to look for the clues then. Bye Chi-Chi"

"See ya..."

I then left and went into (y/n)'s apartment. Of course people were cleaning it out but I had to look. I know you (y/n), you would leave clues right? Once I looked inside your room I found a locked chest. Once I opened it (by breaking it) it revealed 2 notebooks. I began to look through the notebook and see letters that you wrote to yourself. I snuck them with me and flew home to read them:

Dear Life,

I will never forget that day. I saw Goku with that woman named Chi-Chi together and to be honest it hurt. I was hurt. When I tried to reach out for him his eyes were clouded with lust. And Chi-Chi even looked the same. I walked away and never looked back. I wanted to hate Goku for what he did but I couldn't. I love him so much and I just couldn't do it. But I don't think he regret what he did. He must really love her more than me and that's okay, I wouldn't mind. If he doesn't love me, then I don't mind. I wouldn't love myself either...

What? Don't say that (y/n). I do love you, I don't know what was going through my head. I don't know why in the world I chose Chi-Chi over you. You are so beautiful, sweet, and kind. I loved everything about you. From your clumsy moments, to your slowest ones. You were perfect in my eyes and I threw that all away in just one night.

What in the world was I thinking? I wish that I could see you again. But I can't. You're an angel now flying beautifully above the sky and hopefully looking down at me as I regret everything I done by reading the letters you wrote about me.

About how much you hate your life now because of what I done. Please (y/n) forgive me. Please (y/n)....

I began to cry while I read the other letter. Her handwriting is so neat.

Dear Goku,

I don't know if you will ever read this but...I want you to know that I love you. And even though a part of me hates you with every fiber in my body the other half loves you with everything. I just hope that she keeps you happy and satisfied. Don't cry. I doubt you will though, if you don't regret what you've done or the choice you made that's okay. I still love you. Forever and always. Isn't that what we promised? Too bad you broke it...

And I did didn't I? I am really sorry. Now I know why you did it. You were hoping that I would come for you didn't you? I'm sorry I didn't. Just remember and if you're watching.

"I love you. More than life itself and now I have a reason to keep fighting instead of taking my own. And I promise, no more broken hearts. I'll make you happy. I hope you're watching. Kami...(y/n)...Bulma...Everyone...Forgive me if you can"

Because forgiveness can't be in words, it has to be in deeds. And that's why I loved you because you never left me...right (y/n)?

"Right" said the beautiful angel.
