Daniel pt2

I went to a dock close by and stood there and just stared at the sea. I stayed there thinking ,Should i forgive him? Should i not?
I checked my phone and saw the time , 12:45 am i had been there for two hours . I also saw that i had 45 missed calls from my mom and 67 missed calls from Daniel.
I decided to get back home .
I walked into the house and saw a sleeping Daniel on the couch covered in a blanket and with a pillow.
I walked straight past him and went to my room . I changed into some comfy clothes and went to bed with Daniels cologne lingering on my sheets.
The next morning i woke up and went to the kitchen.
I started making some waffles , halfway through it i saw Daniel wake up . He walked up to the kitchen and grabbed a bowl and prepared himself some cereal then sat down on the kitchen island.
We were stuck in an awkward silence until he broke it
" Where did you go last night , i got worried" he said
" Somewhere , i just needed to think" i said . The awkward silence invaded the kitchen again.
After my blueberry and chocolate chips waffles were done i walked to the living room and sat down to watch spongebob
To be honest I'm pretty sure i looked like a 3 year old and i could tell that Daniel was looking at me.
After Spongebob and Plankton sang the F.U.N song and me singing along with my wonderful music skills ( note the sarcasm )
I heard Daniel say something he never said before
" I love you "
Those three words made me rethink everything from last night.
I turned to look at him and stared into his eyes . I could tell he was telling the truth.
" I love you too Daniel" i told him getting closet to him.
I set my plate of food on the coffee table and hugged him
" Im so so sorry for last night" he said hiding his face on the crook of my neck
" I know , im to awesome to let go" i said making him laugh.
The rest of the morning we spent it watching Spongebob being the little kids at heart that we were
