♥Genji♡Story♥

Okey so as I was looking through my notes in my phone (cuz it's Thanksgiving break, don't wanna do homework & I'm bored) I found a note titled "Genji Love Story" (created on June 22nd) and I was like "Oh yeah! I remember I made myself a Genji story~" (cuz June was when I started playing Overwatch for the very first time and I fell in love with Genji, Hanzo too, but I absolutely LOVED Genji) and I decided, why not share this on Wattpad? XD
I made it where Genji and I were pupils of Zenyatta (but imma change it for u guys 😉) idk how good it is, but this was made by me from the past (I still love Genji, but now I got mah boi Lúcio too♡) so I hope u guys enjoy! Btw I changed nothing except for my name to y/n. Plus I'm a shy person in real life so the reader's gonna be shy too, also this is a pretty short story.

(Genji is meditating outside & it's nighttime with moonlight shining down on him and you decide to confess your feeling for him 👌👍)

"Genji..." I timidly called out and walked towards him.

"What is it, y/n?" Genji asked curiously and stood up, looking at me.

     My heart was thumping, beating louder each step I got closer to the man I fell in love with. I was blushing like crazy knowing that he was staring directly at me as the distance between us decreased, and he kept looking at me until I spoke. For some reason the words couldn't get out of my mouth, so I just stayed silent and looked at the ground while walking even closer. Stupid! Don't make things so awkward, just calm down you darn blood-pumping organ!

"Is something wrong? Are you okay y/n?" Genji asked worriedly and took a step closer to me.

     Finally, we were standing right in front of each other, only a few inches away from touching. I looked up at Genji and took a deep breath, then I quickly hugged him tight so he wouldn't see me blushing with embarrassment.

"Genji, I-I have, fallen in love with you." I shyly say and faced down, still locking my arms around him, and Genji just stood still. "If you don't feel the same way then that's perfectly fine, I'm not going to force you to love me back. I told master about this, and he said that if I tell you how I honestly feel about you then I would feel relieved of the nagging pain in my heart of not letting my feeling be known." I quickly explained and stammered a bit. Oh gosh this is so embarrassing what am I doing...

     Genji still just stood there quietly, not doing or saying anything, and I saw this as a sign of him not being able to return my feelings, so I let go of him and took a step back. I looked up at him once again, seeing that he was staring at me, and looked back at the ground.

"I'm sorry... This was probably sudden, but I just felt the need to confess my love to you, even if you don't love me back." I said then turned around and started to walk away. At that moment I was being hugged from behind.

"Don't leave." Genji says right next to my ear, and that sent chills down my spine.

     I was surprised at first and tensed up, but I started to relax in Genji's arms. "Genji?"

     Genji loosened his grip a little and embraced me gently. "I have fallen in love with you too, y/n."

     After hearing that, my eyes went wide and I turned around, Genji and I were now face to face still in an embrace. My heart was beating like crazy and this time I didn't look away.

     "I have never really fell in love before, and I did not know what I would do if you did not love me back, so I never told you and kept these feelings quietly to myself." Genji explained and I felt him gazing into my eyes.

     I smiled and buried my head in his chest, closing my eyes. "I'm so happy. I've never felt the joy of being in love and having the person I love return my feelings before." I told him then slowly opened my eyes again. "Genji." I turn to face him once more. "I love you." As I said those three words I felt my face blushing a deep red color, but I was still smiling.

     Genji hugged me closer to him and I could feel that he too was smiling and blushing as I was. "Y/n, I love you too."

     Just hearing those words set my heart off like a firework. After a few moments of embracing, I built up the courage to ask Genji. "Um, Genji?"

"Yes y/n?" He replied with a gentle voice.

     I timidly looked at him. "Can I, kiss you?" I averted my eyes and once again felt all of the heat in my body raise to my face.

     Genji lifted my chin so I could face him. "Yes, you can." He told me slowly began to remove his mask.

     After he did this I was able to see his face and actually gaze into his eyes. "I finally get to see you face." I smiled and cupped my hands in both of his cheeks, bringing our faces closer. Genji put his strong arms around my waist and pulled me in, and our lips finally met. I couldn't begin to describe the elation I was feeling ring able to finally kiss the man I love.

So what did a guys think? It was pretty okey huh I know 😛 I don't usually make stories and post them so this is kinda new to me.
