Damon and Elena returned to mystic falls. "I have to go meet someone do you want to come?" Damon asked.
"No. I have to settle in and get things ready for dinner. Alaric and Jo coming by." Elena said.
"Just great." Damon mumbled then Elena kissed him. He got into his car and drove to the lab.
"Stefan said you have something you want me to test?" Kevin the lab guy said.
"Yeah. This pacifier here with my DNA. I want to know if we're a match." Damon said.
"I'm your guy!" Kevin said.
"Cool. So how long would the results take?" Damon said.
"Few hours the least." Kevin said.
Damon nodded then handed him the pacifier.
Elena opened the to her attorney."Come in please. "
"Thank you." Shane said.
"Can i get you something to drink or snack?" Elena asked.
"No thank you. I just wanted to discuss few things with you and Damon." Shane said.
"Okay. Is it about me and my husband adoption papers or something?" Elena asked.
"It's about your marriage license,elena. There's something wrong." Shane said.
"I hope you enjoy your stay here uncle Benji." Bonnie said.
"You have a nice home." Uncle Benji said.
"Thank you but it use to belong to you before you moved out. Someone else bought it now im buying it back." She said.
"Is that your baby?" Uncle Benji asked.
"Yes he is."Bonnie replied.
"Is that man going to marry you?" He asked.
"Enzo is just a friend,uncle." She said.
"Where is that baby father?" He asked.
Kevin handed damon the paternity results. "Hope this is what you're looking for."
"Is it accurate?" Damon asked.
"Yes and not tempered with." He said.
Damon nodded then opened the envelope. "It's a match. We're a match...he's my son." He ranted to himself as his mind and heart begin racing.
"Are you sure this is the marriage license that was filed?"Elena asked.
"Yes. But if you could resign them and file them again-"Shane tried explaining.
"Me and Damon are suppose to be married!" Elena yelled.
"I'm sorry." Shane said.
"Get out!" She yelled again.
Shane grabbed his suitcase and left. Elena started reading the marriage license again. "Bonnie Bennett and Damon Salvatore married September 8 2016. Witnessed by Elena Gilbert. Ugh!" She started smashing glasses and plates.
"I don't want you calling me uncle." Uncle Benji said.
"That's who you are to me." Bonnie said.
"We both know that so just call me Benji ok?" He said.
"Okay Benji." She said.
"And thank you for bringing me home,bonnie." He said.
"Gladly." She said.
Damon went to a local bar and order himself a drink. He started thinking about all the stories Bonnie told him about their son conception. "She's such a lying witch!"
Elena picked up her phone and called enzo. "We have a big problem." She said.
"Why are you calling me now?" Enzo said.
"Your plan is going to crumb real soon." Elena said.
