Just want to clarify, because otherwise this would be weird. Red Arrow is going to be aged down to let's say 15 or 16 in this story. You'll understand why later.

I ran out onto the beach in my (One Piece/Two Piece) swimsuit.
"Before we start, a moment of silence, for those who could not attend." Robin bowed his head.
"Poor Wally." I sighed, secretly I was holding back a laugh.
After the 'moment of silence' everyone but me jumped in. I stayed back on the beach, waiting for the perfect time to strike.
"Come on (Y/n)! The waters perfect!" Robin announced. I smiled, there's the signal, and ran yelling.
"Waterbending bomb!" I moved the water up in a giant wave splashing everyone, thank you powers.
"You're gonna get it." Robin swam towards me and grabbed my waist making me squeal. "Ready?"
"Ready for wha- Robin!" He lifted me onto his shoulders and fell back dunking me under the cool water. He pulled me back up, my wet hair flinging water everywhere.
"Oh!" He groaned when he once again got water in his face.
"That's your fault buddy."

I took a bite of the hotdog and smiled. I loved beach days, it made me feel normal. Despite being surrounded by other heroes that is.
"Would anyone like to play volleyball?"

I spiked the ball over the net gaining us a point. I high fived Megan and cheered. We were beating the guys by a lot, not to brag, but there were more of them than of us.

Eventually we were called back inside to change and meet someone. Once I changed into my uniform I walked into the main area.
"The Wall-man is her-" Wally ran in and tripped dropping all of his beach stuff in the process.
"Wall-man huh? I love the uniform, what are your powers?" The new girl asked.
"Who's this?" Wally asked. I shifted my foot slightly so I could feel everyone's heartbeats.
"I'm Artemis, your new teammate."
"She's my new protege." Green Arrow added.
"What happened to your last one?" Wally questioned.
"Recognized-- Speedy BO6." The computer announced. I perked up and smiled.
"For started he doesn't go by Speedy anymore. It's Red Arrow... (Y/n), glad to see you're okay, I was worried when I heard you were hurt."
"Roy you look-"
"Replaceable." Red Arrow interrupted, "Can she even shoot that bow?"
"Yes, she can." Artemis sneered.
"Who are you?" Wally yelled.
"I'm his niece."
"She's my niece." They spoke at the same time. My eyes widened. They were lying, I didn't speak up though. There had to have been a reason as to why they were lying.
