Chapter 55

"You didn't have to fly out with me and drive me here" I whispered as I stared at the "Do not enter" sign on the property gates before watching one of the workers opening them and we slowly drove up .

I didn't mind him driving me here, Brock was at Steve's as he mentioned yesterday so I would be alone but I didn't want that and considering no one knew what was currently going on in my household he thought that I had let Brock know I was coming.

"I didn't have to but you have been my little sister since the day Seth asked me to teach you the ropes. There have been less than a handful of times where I have seen you like that and I honestly hate it. But I do know that Brock is the only one who can make you happy. We have gone through this before, you can't be apart it kills you I just didn't realize it was taking this toll again. You know you can easily call me and I will arrange some off time for you. In the end it doesn't matter if you are champion but if you are happy as one. Remember that"

He turned to me as he parked in front of the house , the empty driveway letting me know that Brock was indeed not home.

"I know Kane , this will be the last time though. I don't know what happened but I'm happy you tagged along. I guess I'll see you next week Demon" I forced a smile and kissed his cheek as he hugged me tightly.

"You should bring Brock along"

I nodded as I got out and watched him drive down the dirt road before sitting on the porch staring out at the driveway where I had left my husband and drove down weeks before.

It was late afternoon so I decided to head in before the sun would be setting and my mind drifted to my baby I hadn't seen in weeks.

I sighed as I walked into the empty house missing the barking of Beast greeting Brock and I, before everything, scooping me into his arms and spinning me around.

As I entered the lounge I frowned as it clearly looked different , there was a new wooden table which made me wonder where the old one was and the pictures above the fireplace had different frames..

"So where are we going?" I turned to face Brock as we were on the jet but all he did was smirk and get up before heading to the bedroom.

He returned a few seconds later and frowned, " why are you sitting there baby?"

I giggled, " because I want to know where we are going for our honeymoon"

"I can't tell you shit I don't know baby" he shrugged as he moved towards me while my eyes fell to his V marking the pathway to my pleasure. He had discarded his t-shirt in the few seconds he had disappeared.
