|Aladdin|Lance° Pt.2

You rubbed your eyes and slowly got up from your nap "Come on Abby lets see whats going on at the marketplace"

you jumped down from the roof and started heading towards the market place

As you arrived there was a parade going on as you looked over the crowds shoulder you saw a princess riding a horse she was really pretty red hair with brown eyes 

"Who is she?"
"Where is she heading?"
People asked as others answered
"She's heading toward the palace"
"Another suitress for the prince"

You then got startled as the two children come running out from the
    alley. The Boy runs out in front of the Princess's horse,
    startling it

"Out of my way, you filthy brat!"

She yelled and brings up her whip to attack the children, but you

    jumps in front of them and catch the whip

"Hey, if I were as rich as you, I could afford some manners" you said throwing back her whip

"Oh I'll  teach you some manners!"

She kicked you into a mud puddle and the crowd laughed at you

"Look at that, Abby.  It's not every day you see a
  horse with two rear ends!"

The Princess stops and turns back to you

"You are a worthless street rat.  You were born a
street rat, you'll die a street rat, and only
        your fleas will mourn you."

You rush to the Princess  but the doors to the castle slam shut
    in your face

"I'm not worthless.  And I don't have fleas!" You said scratching your head "Come on, Abby let's go home"

You and Abby quickly stole some food since everyone was distracted

then you climbed to your home with the view of the palace

"Riffraff, street rat I don't buy that.

            If only they'd look closer
  Would they see a poor gal?
No siree.   They'd find out, there's so much more to me."

You stare at the Palace

       " Someday, Abby, things are gonna change.  We'll be rich, live in a palace, and never have any problems
 

at all."

The door bursts open, and the princess storms in, missing the
    rear end of her pants.

"I've never been so insulted!"

"Oh, Princess You're not leaving so soon, are you?"
Lance's mother spoke

"Good luck marrying him off!"

"Oh, Lance!  Lance!  Lance! 

  His mother goes
        off into the garden looking for        her son

   
  She finds him.
 

          but is interrupted by Blue
  Lance's pet tiger, who blocks her off. 

                      Blue has a piece

        of the Princess's
    undershorts
   in her mouth.

Lance's mother
        grabs the cloth and yanks it out of Blue's mouth.
     
  "Confound it, Blue!  So, this is why the Princess  stormed out!"

" Oh, mother Blue was just playing with her  weren't you Blue"

Blue comes over to Lance and allows
        Lance to pet and hug her

"You were just playing
        with that overdressed, self absorbed Princess
  weren't you?"

He cuddles with Blue, enjoying the
        moment, until he looks up at his angry mother

"Ahem. Dearest, you've got to stop rejecting every suitress
        that comes to call.  The law says you..-"

  "must be married to a princess"

They walk over to a dove

Lance takes a
dove out of the cage and pets it.

"If I do marry, I want it to be for love."

he hands her the dove, and she puts it back in the cage.

"But Lance"

"Try to understand.  I've never done a thing on my own."

Lance sat down by the pond and he swirls his finger in the water of the
        pond, petting the fish.

"I've never had any real
        friends."

Blue looks up at him and growls.
       
"Except you, Blue."

  Blue is Satisfied,  goes back to
        sleep.

"I've never even been outside the palace  walls."

Lance goes to the dove

    cage and yanks open the door. 

The birds fly off into freedom.
      he watches them go. 

"One day"
