JUNGKOOK'S POV
I waited patiently outside in the dark as a group of four people ran out the other side laughing. Two fancy cars sped away. They're going home, I bet.
Then why isn't Seoyeon coming out yet? Why is she so slow?
I looked up at the building's lights and the last one turned off. That should be her. Like, finally...
Another person came out of the building and he held his head low with a black cap covering his face. Probably another trainee. I peered inside the car park and only noticed one dark vehicle.
Someone got out and I looked closely, hoping he's not from some YG night security squad.
The plastic bags hung in my hands and I felt my phone vibrating like it was having a seizure. Pulling it out, I ignored all the texts and calls from Jimin, probably begging for me to get back to the dorms.
It's almost midnight but I swear Seoyeon told me that Hayoung won't get back any time sooner. From here, the entrance door opened and a girl walked out.
I was just about to confront Seoyeon and jokingly nag her for being such a grandma when I heard a voice. Stopping, I adjusted my jacket so that it covered half my face and took a good look.
A figure dressed in black with strikingly bright orange hair approached Seoyeon and I felt my heart flutter in excitement. G-Dragon sunbaenim!
As much as I really wanted to run to him, I held back in fear that if I did, questions would arise as to why I was hanging around YG Entertainment.
I smiled a bit as Seoyeon politely bowed before walking quickly towards the exit. I hid behind the wall and waited for her but her footsteps disappeared. They halted.
"Seoyeon." A distant murmur had me in an anxious situation for some indescribable reason.
I didn't dare keep my prying eyes around the brick wall. What if G-Dragon sunbaenim caught me? I shoved my hands into my pockets and bit my lip. Closing my eyes, I took a deep breath and peered around anyways.
The car park lights dimmed a bit and I saw the scene that unfolded before me.
He tilted her chin upwards and peered into her worrisome eyes. Seoyeon froze and I could sense what he would have done if she didn't pull back.
A saddened expression crossed Jiyong sunbae's eyes as he watched her jog towards me, her head low and covering her surprise or perhaps confusion.
I saw him. He saw me.
What we both knew was something that only both of us can share in secrecy. Words don't need to express it.
At that instant as Seoyeon almost ran out the car park, I watched her and felt like I had suddenly grown so much.
I was such a boy but recently, I felt like I've really matured.
Our first encounter was typical, like the ones in clichéd dramas. Understanding each other took a while but then I guess we became friends. We hung out a bit with the rest of the members and also Hayoung as well. I knew she had a hard time before but I tend to keep an eye on that without her knowing. It's not easy.
It wasn't until this very moment that I realised I had hidden something from myself. All this time, I never even considered the fact at all. If it were real, I wouldn't have accepted it for the sake of BTS' image.
It wasn't an option in my busy life as an idol and the increasing popularity we are gaining. But I have my privacy too.
Seoyeon stopped in front of me as I looked at her, my sight hypnotised by her gaze. Her look of shock and surprise touched me as she found me staring at her.
