When Vandal Savage was defeated by the Justice League, 10-year-old Levi Romanowski was rescued and trained by Black Canary, who later became his mentor advising and guiding the young boy for a successful career as a hero. Though Levi's combat skills are great he still has a lot to learn about his powers. But Zatara had warned the League of Levi's power and potential danger that follows the young boy if not properly trained. Placing a target on his back as he fought beside Black Canary as his mentor.

Robin doesn't want to be leader after the events which led to the Teen Titans disbanding, but there is conflict between Aqualad and Red Arrow regarding who will be leader.
