Unfortunately, adults were branded as well and they don't all seem to be willing to use their powers to help others like Robert and Tony want to. So a group of kids who do want to help gather to protect those who can't protect themselves and keep those with ill intentions from causing chaos. With the help of family, friends, local officials and even the president, they just might be able to pull it off.
