The last couple of days have been quiet and slow, I've had updates here and there about the club and everything that is currently happening but hardly anyone from the club has come to check up on me. Which in a way is good because I hate being bothered and it gives me time to read through my father's book further. I'm still confused about how this ended up getting to me and who sent it but I will hopefully get around to finding that out soon!
My father's views were so completely different from what Clay wants from the club now, he even saw what Clay was trying to do and believed that Clay was bad for the club. I can't say I can agree or comment on that because I'm pretty much restricted to what I can do for the club so I haven't been able to Clay's full potential. It seems like he and Jax's father was close to one another and shared the same views.
Now it makes me wonder, did John write something like this too? Did Jax have that copy of his father's views on the club and how he saw the future of it? So many questions begin to fill my head. I sigh, shaking the thoughts from my head, I guess I better go see Gemma and see if she knew anything about this at all?

"Hey, mama" I say to greet Gemma as I enter the room. She turns around and smiles at me before anything else is said. "Hey sweetheart, how's the little one?" I look down at my growing little bump and smile slightly. "Little one is alive and kicking, get to find out the gender in a few weeks. I don't know if I want to know yet" I look back up at Gemma, who gives me a small smile. "I know how you feel darling, it's all down to you and Jax, depends on what you both feel like doing when it comes to finding out the gender" The thought of having a mini-me or Jax was enough to melt my heart but also it scares me, what if bringing a child into this life is a bad idea?
Right, we can't think about that now. You wanted into the club, remember? "Anyway, I came to see you for a reason actually, I wanted to find out more about my father but I thought the only way to do so was to come to you. I gathered you would be my best bet" I give a small smile, before waiting for her to respond. She stops what she is going and wipes her hands down on the back of her jeans. "Alright, what did you need to know about him?" I sigh slightly, wondering whether or not this will be a good idea to ask about but I have to know the answers.
"Did my father ever mention to you or John about writing a book?" There is a small wave of concern that flashes over her face but it doesn't stay for long. "Um, I think so, your father was always so passionate about writing and was always mentioning how if he wasn't part of the club he would become a writer" I smile at the thought of what Gemma had said. "Definitely sounds like him alright from what I used to get told growing up" We exchange smiles before I pry deeper into his writing hobby.
"Did he ever mention writing up his views on the club and how he wanted to go ahead with the club in the future?" Gemma frowns slightly before answering my question. "Your father was very passionate about his views, he was even willing to take up being president of the club after John but sadly he passed before that could happen. Him and John seemed to share similar views" I nod processing what had been said. "I know you probably don't hear this very often but he would be proud of you" I smile at her before getting lost in thought again.
"May I ask why you are all of sudden asking this?" I pull myself out of my thoughts before giving Gemma a small smile, "Nothing special really, I got sent something in the post and it just so happened to be something my father began to write or have drafted to be published" slight horror takes over her face as if she knows about it and what it contains. She becomes disorientated before returning to what she was previously doing. "Oh, that's strange seeing as we got rid of all of his stuff years ago. Did it say who sent it?" I shake my head before reaching into my bag and grabbing out the packaging that the draft had been sent in. "That's all it had on it, my name and that's it. It didn't seem to be posted through the door it's like someone had access to my house and left it on the kitchen table"
