• Magic AU Is anyone surprised I'm a diehard fan of fantasy AU fics??? Especially fics concerning magic?? I'm a ho for spells and swords 😂😂
• Mutual Pining Mutual pining is the cutest shit ever!!! I love the chase way more than the catch when it comes to relationships in stories, so this is right up my alley. Two characters adoring each other to death with their all kira kira pink sparkles butterflies is so cute like please give me more 💞
• Fluff Fluff is good for the mind, soul, and body. Everybody should be reading fluff. It never fails to perk me up and help make the day better✨
• First Kiss First kisses are just super cute there's nothing else to it lmao

• Fake Relationship *sweats in LL* Funnily enough, To All the Boys I've Loved Before made me realize what a sucker I am for this trope. Fake relationships slowly becoming real ones because the people involved realize the feelings they're faking aren't make-pretend at all is some fantastic stuff
• Canon Divergence If this trope was just called AU, it would've been placed higher but it's not. Either way, I love it when authors build off of canon material and shift things around to incorporate new ideas.
• Sharing a Bed I don't care how overdone this is! It's always going to be adorable in my eyes! Two characters who're harboring secret feelings for each other being forced to share a bed and falling asleep just to wake up cuddling is some top tier fluff 🤩
• Friends to Lovers More specifically, I'm a ho for childhood friends to lovers. Characters having to cross that line from being platonic to romantic is some juicy content especially 'cause there's always angst involved on whether or not they should confess because it could ruin what they already have is some chef's kiss-worthy drama. Oml I need to go find a new childhood friends to lovers fic to read 🤧
• Enemies to Lovers On the other hand, I freaking love enemies to lovers because I love the tension between the characters. Starting off as rivals based on prejudices of each other then realizing they're not as bad as they'd originally thought because they get to know each other and understand one another's mindsets??? Immaculate✨
• Huddle for Warmth I like huddling for warmth for the same reason I love the sharing a bed trope. This one just ranks lower because it's not as intimate lmao
• Fairytale AU I grew up watching 10 million Cinderella remakes so you bet your buttons I'm going to read a crap ton of Cinderella fics
