Summary: When Chenle catches your abusive ex boyfriend talking to you he decides to give him a taste of his own medicine

Warning: Violence, blood, talk of an abusive relationship

The boy standing in front of you wasn't the boy you dated before, this boy spoke softly and kindly unlike the harsh words that he'd spat at you during your relationship. You were insecure and vulnerable and he knew that, he took advantage of your weaknesses during your relationship and had you convinced that his punches were an alternative to kisses.
"How have you been doing lately, Y/N?" That familiar smile painted on his face, the same smile that would grow on his face when he saw you wake up the next day with a black eye,
"I'm good" you answered, your voice shaking, if only your new boyfriend, Chenle were here, he'd protect you, he wouldn't hurt you like he did but he would sure as hell hurt him. The fear you felt must've been evident on your face as the next words out of his mouth were,
"You know, that's the same exact face you'd make when I had you cornered and you knew you couldn't get away" you could feel yourself about to cry as he took a step closer to you,
"It's a shame to see all those bruises have healed" he lowered his voice so only you could hear,
"Let's see how long it takes yours to heal when I'm finished with you" a voice spoke from behind you as you felt a familiar hand on your shoulder.

You both looked around at Chenle, your face lighting up as your teary eyes focused on his face,
"Who the fuck are you?" Your ex asked, a look of disgust on his face as he looked Chenle up and down,
"I'm Y/N's new boyfriend, Chenle, and I've heard all about what you did to her" Chenle replied, unphased by the anger you could see forming in your ex's face,
"Y/N was happy with me!" He shouted,
"I absolutely wasn't! You made my life a living hell!" You yelled back, suddenly gaining confidence with Chenle standing beside you. "Let's see how much you like getting a taste of your own medicine then shall we? Let's see if you enjoy it?" Chenle walked towards your ex who now had a look of fear in his eyes, a look you'd never seen on his face before but were definitely happy to see as Chenle's foot collided with the back of knees making him instantly fall to the ground. Chenle stood over him, looking him right in his eyes,
"Leave her alone!" He threatened,
"Never! Y/N loved me more than she loves you!" He retorted, finally managing to find the strength to stand up again,
"No she didn't, you manipulated her into thinking she loved you!" Chenle watched as he took a shaky step towards him, his foot clearly injured from the fall as he limped slightly. He got up in Chenle's face but instantly regretted it as he felt Chenle's fist collide with his face and then his stomach, winding him completely. At this point your ex could barely stand, he was doubled over with the pain in his stomach, he couldn't stand on one of his feet, his mouth was bleeding and he wouldn't have been surprised if one or two of his teeth were missing,
"Are you going to leave her alone or do you want me to continue?" Chenle questioned,
"Y-yes" he managed to stutter out, more blood dripping out of his mouth as he did.

Once your ex had finally left Chenle noticed that you had been crying a bit, he instantly put his arms around you and pet your hair while you cried,
"It's ok Princess, he won't hurt you again" he soothed you and for the first time in a while you felt completely safe.

A/N: Guys if you're in an abusive relationship please talk to someone and try get out of that situation safely, I'd hate to hear that any of you are being abused. Same goes if you know somebody who's in one, talk to them and try to help them get out of the relationship safely ❤️❤️
