Summary: Nobody upsets Haechan's girl

Walking across the lunch room you felt multiple pairs of eyes on you, of course you were used to it by now, you tend to get some weird looks when you're dating the school's "bad boy". You reached the table where Haechan sat everyday, nobody else ever dared to even ask to sit there, they knew you were the only one allowed to sit with him. He looked up from his phone as soon as you sat down,
"Hey Baby" he greeted, a small smile creeping onto his face,
"Hey hyuck" you replied.
"How's your day going?" He asked,
"Good, well, Bethany kinda threatened me earlier but other than that it's been good" you told him,
"What did she say?" His voice lowered, he clearly wasn't happy,
"Well she said if I didn't stop talking to Amy then she'd make sure I never talked again, I don't get why she's so protective of her, I was friends with her before she even started dating her and I have you anyway" you complained,
"I'll take care of her for you baby, don't worry" he muttered so only you could hear,
"You don't have to, I don't want you to get in trouble" you tried to talk to him out of it but you knew you weren't going to change his mind before you even spoke,
"When have I ever shied away from trouble? And besides nobody gets away with threatening my Y/N" he replied before bringing the conversation back to normal subjects.

A class had passed before the news got to you,
"Y/N, Haechan told Bethany to meet him outside after school, he said he wants to fight" your best friend told you frantically,
"I knew this would happen" you rolled your eyes, sometimes dating Haechan was exhausting, you couldn't tell him about anyone insulting you or anything without him wanting to fight them but you'd tell him every time because you knew he'd be more upset if he found out you were upset and didn't tell him and he makes you feel loved and protected and you love him too so you never really tried to stop him, there was no point, he was going to do it anyway,
"What do you mean you knew this would happen?" Your friend questioned,
"I told him she threatened me earlier and he said he'd take care of her" you replied as if it was completely normal because it was for you,
"So he's doing it because she upset you? That's... actually kinda cute if you think about it" she spoke, finally kinda understanding why Haechan made you felt so loved.

A small group of people had already formed behind the school by the time you got there, Haechan was standing in front of them waiting impatiently for Bethany to arrive. When she finally arrived she walked towards Haechan, a look of fear in her eyes,
"W-why did you want to meet me here?" She stuttered, Haechan's intimidating eyes meeting here for a split second,
"I heard you threatened Y/N and I wanted to see how good of a fighter you were" he explained, his voice low and intimidating,
"I didn't really mean it Haechan" she was clearly panicking now as he took a step closer to her,
"I assume you wouldn't be stupid enough to say you can fight when you can't, would you?" He taunted, completely ignoring her as he walked even closer. As he reached her she made one last desperate attempt to get him to not hurt her,
"I'm really sorry Haechan, it won't happen again" she managed to stutter out,
"Sorry won't cut it I'm afraid, I'm gonna have to teach you to leave Y/N alone the hard way" he finished his sentence with a punch to her face and already there was blood dripping from her mouth, you simply watched as the girl's eyes filled with tears from the pain your boyfriend had inflicted on her and you couldn't help but feel a little happy, she'd been on your back for weeks and she was finally paying for it. Haechan grabbed her collar and pulled her forcefully towards him,
"You ever so much as look at Y/N the wrong way again and there'll be more where that came from" he told her before releasing his grip on her collar and pushing her away,
"Now leave my fucking sight before I change my mind about leaving you with only a bleeding mouth" she ran away from him as quickly as she could, crying as she did and you saw her run into the arms of Amy who was waiting a bit further away from the crowd.

As the crowd that had gathered dispersed Haechan noticed you standing waiting for him,
"You really didn't have to do that baby" you told him, starting to feel slightly bad for the girl,
"But I did, she upset you!" He insisted, "I hate seeing you upset!" you pulled him into a hug upon hearing his words and he happily hugged you back, some people might think he's a bad influence on you but you disagree, he protects you and you've never felt as loved as you do in when you're in his arms before.

A/N: This actually came out better than I thought it would, I was trying to figure out how to make a bad boy! au kinda fluffy and plus the thought of Haechan in a leather jacket just beating someone up is insanely attractive to me for some reason 😂 also happy pride month my dudes! 💞🏳️‍🌈😤
