Ravenclaw: Lives because of logical thinking obviously but also have fear to thank for their survival.

Hufflepuff: Dies because they are too welcoming to others, resulting in some not too good people on their 'team'

Slytherin: Lives as they most likely go alone/with closely trusted people.
