Astrid's POV:
--------------------Something's odd. Something's up. I've stopped worrying about the group and their secrets but something isn't right with Merida. Something just isn't adding up. At first she mentioned she made a treaty with the dragon riders. But we are the only dragon riders so who would these ones be? I had to many questions and after judging Merida's personality I'm not going to bother to ask her for answers. I think I'm just going to keep a sharp eye. I woke up to Ruffnut shouting at me.
"Hey! Get up! ITS FRIDAY!" She yelled shaking me. Without realising I punched her in the face. "Ouch! Oh come on Astrid. Give me a break!" She shouted on the floor.
"Sorry." I responded casually.
"We have to talk about tomorrow." She began.
"What about it? All I'm doing is going to the falls." I answered.
"I know, but you have to tell me every detail when you come back." She said crossing her arms.
"I can tell you every detail right now. Let's see.... Water, rocks. More rocks." I sarcastically stated.
"That's not what I meant! Just promise me you will tell me everything!" She said making strong eye contact.
"Ok ok? Don't get your hair in a knot." I said slowly sliding out of bed. I strolled down stairs where I hear something crash. Merida came running down the corridor with her bow. She jumped off the stairs falling down a candle stand. She ran out the door as I continued to stand there with wide eyes. I run outside with Ruff and see all our dragons shooting at each other again. Meatlug sat in the corner of the stable trying to stay out of the fight.
"What's going on?" Ruff asked.
"They are fighting over dragon root." I responded putting my hand to my face.
"What?! I don't see any dragon root!" She yelled as the rest of the gang came over to us. I grabbed my axe and walked into the middle of the fight. I grabbed what seemed to be a hammer and threw it into the water troff next to me. All the dragons stopped and turned their heads to me with confused faces. I turned to the gang who had their mouths on the floor.
"How did you stop them from fighting?" Fishlegs asked.
"The hammer. It smelt like dragon root." I responded.
"Alright then how did you know that?" Tuff questioned.
"It was in the middle of them."
"What's dragon root?" Merida asked.
"AS IF YOU DONT KNOW!!!" I yelled back going up close to her.
"Hey, what ye doing?!" She begged for mercy as I threatened to almost kill her.
"You probably put the smell of dragon root on it!" I screamed. "The reason why is unknown!"
"What are ye talking about. I have no idea what's going on!" She yelled.
"Astrid. It wasn't her. Let it go." Eret said grabbing my shoulder.
"No! Something doesn't add up. What treaty did she make with what dragon riders and why is there dragon root here?" I asked. Letting go of her.
"The treaty? The dragons started attacking us. That's when one man came down on a dragon that looked like it was riding lightning and the other came on a smaller dragon that changed colour. They said if we made a treaty with them, promising to join their army than they would stop attacking us." She told.
"What Vikings? What clan?" Hiccup asked.
"I'm not sure. They didn't say. All they said was that their clan was a secret." She continued. This day just keeps getting weirder and weirder. We let the situation go and she gave us a warning that if our dragons blew up anything she would send us away.

Merida's POV:
--------------------I crept out of the castle trying not to be heard as I walked into the forest. It was dark and I could barely see but I made it to the forest clearing. The dragon rider landed and we began an odd conversation.
"Ye back?" I started.
"I am. I saw what those other dragons did today. They began destroying the town." She said.
"Well they didn't destroy it but yes, they were going to I guess." I answered.
"Those Berk Vikings! They are never any good. We made a deal Merida. The deal was you would help us destroy Berk if we stopped invading. You do remember don't you?" She asked.
"Yes I remember but I want to add something to the deal." I persuaded.
"Aha and what would that be?"
"We don't kill the chief. He stays here with me." I instructed. I could see her bunch her hands into fists but still failed to see her face.
"Fine, fine. But first he has to visit the master. Along with his dragon." She argued.
"Deal!"
"We begin invading tomorrow. Have everything ready. Oh and one more thing, make sure those other Vikings are locked up good and tight. Especially the blond." She smiled.
"Whatever ye say." I begin walking home but i change my mind about everything thinking about the upcoming war. I run back quickly to the dragon rider and yell. "Actually never mind. The deals off! I don't want war!" I screamed. The dragon rider flew away with a frown. What have I done?
