At first they might be surprised especially if you don't look like the type of girl who could tackle people, by either being short or not strong. Leo and Donnie would probably be constantly worried about you, they don't want you to get hurt in anyway. And sometimes your tackles did look reckless.
Raph would be so proud. Seeing his girl tackle being, maybe getting a yellow card or being directly send off. He'd be telling everyone "that's my girl" and just overall cheer you on. They would all cheer you on though, no matter how good you are.
Mikey is the one with the most excitement. Dude his girlfriend is like Sergio Ramos. But better looking. He'd be jumping up and down, clapping and even yelling at the referee if you get a yellow card (and he thinks you didn't deserve it).
