Leo: At first he didn't understand why you were so obsessed with make up. You looked perfect without it (or with just a little) in his opinion. But then again, he saw how relaxed you were when you watched those tutorials and you mostly watched them when he was meditating or on patrol. After a while he'd be encouraging you. Maybe to try new colors ("HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT AN ALL-BLUE LOOK, ANGEL?"), a new lipgloss, a new blush. As long as you were happy with it, he was too.
Raph: Make up? You don't need that. Of course you were wearing it when you two first met but when he first saw you bare faced he fell even more in love. He found you one day, sitting on his bed, watching a tutorial. It was already near the end, and the full coverage make up was almost done when his mouth dropped. "This is what make up does?", he asked. "You should have seen the before", you giggled and then showed it to him. He blinked a few times, still not really getting it, but you were so excited that he played a long. He might even try to get you some new make up for your birthday.
Donnie: We all know how much Donnie loves working with his hands. So when he saw you handling different brushes, blending shadow, using a lip brush, he was fascinated. How could such delicate hands work that fast and precise? Without smudging anything? Wow. He would build you a new make up vanity so could could have everything organized. He might even get you a very good mirror (or lights depending on what you need). Also, he's totally the guy to talk you into making a youtube channel of your own.
Mikey: Mikey would love this. How could he not? He was fascinated by art and in some way that's exactly what make up is. "Can I watch this too?", he might ask one day while you were watching another tutorial. He was amazed by your skills. Amazed when you tried to re create a look you saw on youtube or on the internet. Seeing a transformation, and you getting even more beautiful, was so cool. You'd occasionally let him have fun with the make up too. He'd might pick you lipstick or put your blush on. He'd enjoy it so much.
